拉佩拉別墅-限成人(La Perla Villas and Suites - Adults Only)

Merci à l'accueil de nous avoir indiqué le parking (à200m) et au porteur de nous avoir aidé jusque l'hôtel. Attention à cette rue sans issue sur laquelle il ne faut pas aller trop loin: sous peine de devoir refaire le tour du village. Et pourtant nous ne sommes pas des touristes ayant aimé Ola: son tumulte et sa foule, ses rues encombrées et surchargées de boutiques: un vrai centre commercial sans gout. Par contre l'accueil de la PERLA VILLAS & SUITES est sans faille. La qualité de la chambre, son jacuzzi extérieur à la vue à couper le souffle, le déjeuner au bord de la piscine, le dîner en bordure de falaise: qualité des plats et du service, une cuisine de poissons incroyables et toujours un personnel présent et avenant aux petits soins. Les moindres des petits soucis sont résolus immédiatement et le personnel est une fois de plus attentif. Merci à la personne de la réception toujours en recherche de solutions pour améliorer votre séjour. Oui car autant de touristes nous sommes autant d'attentions différentes et opposées sont demandées. Bravo et merci pour ces 8 et 9 avril 2024 qui resteront inoubliables ! Dîner, déjeuner et petit-déjeuner 5 étoiles si complet, copieux et diversifié servi sur la terrasse de votre chambre ! Inoubliables !

Very bad food experience and a bit expensive. Cooker KONSTANTINOS in summer of 2022, was the worst and very rude i suppose. Maybe now the hotel has another cook. The view is amasing though and the rooms very very clean. The service last year, in 2023, was not so good either.

我們於 2023 年 9 月的第三週入住了 La Perla。酒店和員工都非常棒！當我們慶祝蜜月時，我們收到了可愛的歡迎拼盤。我們的房間有一個華麗的熱水浴缸和令人驚嘆的景色！我們可以透過 Whatsapp 與接待處溝通，這非常簡單快捷，讓我們的住宿沒有壓力。我們在住宿期間享受了一次非常放鬆的按摩，還有豐盛美味的早餐可供選擇。在我們入住的最後一晚，酒店為我們升級到了酒店盡頭最豪華的別墅，太神奇了！我們在游泳池和熱水浴缸之間度過了一整天，並在我們的別墅裡享用了午餐和雞尾酒！我們非常感謝 La Perla 讓我們的聖托里尼之旅如此浪漫！我們度過了最令人難以置信的住宿體驗，並會向所有人推薦它！

最糟糕的是：飯店沒有提供遠端停車開門器。理解為什麼他們只有一個開門器，但飯店經理從不考慮顧客的不便。每次都需要叫前台進出。晚上開門感覺不太好，錯過了拍星星的機會。然而，即使所有免費房間也不會再回到這家酒店。 順便說一句，他們的視野很好，但沒有隱私。

我們剛從天堂之夜度蜜月回來。我們住得很愉快。尤其是這裡的景色非常壯觀。友好而樂於助人的員工竭盡全力提供協助。卡拉甚至設法為我們在當地的整個餐廳預訂了最好的日落景觀餐桌，這非常感謝！泳池從來不擁擠，其他客人也很可愛！如果我們負擔得起，我們每年都會回來！謝謝 La Perla、Luke 和 Paula xx 的所有人

The hotel has plumbing problem, the room has problem with the "smelly pipes" but it is not the worse problem of the hotel - it has rude and lotish staff The anonymous - as he or she calls itself The message is written by the direction and approved by the Board of Directors.- refused sending back left in a hurry belonging, claiming that my request is not that trustworthy as the staff who claims to find nothing. He or she was arrogant describing the left personal belonging as used panties or bras that in Greek culture is not popular to wear after stranger!!! And when I still insisted as it was my 30th anniversary gift I forgot from the room, the person - once owner once claiming to be the approved but didn't want to reveal the name on Google massage threatened me with a court if I still try to recover my precious cloth I left behind in a hurry. It is unbeliveble to let to run the hotel in EU to that kind of people totally unaware of the customer service rules. I was amazed if the real owner is aware of the rude, childish comments (for examples tones of diamond rolex and money were given back so far) the customer is given just asking to send back the left by mistake personal belonging. Check twice before you forgot something. You will not get it back from that hotel. And I am still waiting for the legal documents they claiming to panish me with.
