Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel à taille humaine et bien situé.

Amazing hotel and staff. One of the best experiences we had. Very kind and welcoming staff. Every day of our stay there was a new surprise with decorations and candles lit in the room. Surprised at breakfast one of the mornings to a free upgrade to one of the suites with a pool inside the room. Much appreciated. Beautiful sunsets! Quiet part of Santorini which we really appreciated. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby also. Lovely and kind hotel staff - couldn’t fault anyone or anything. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Très belles prestations pour cet hôtel Vue imprenable et bon emplacement entre Fira et Oia. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Chambre vaste et bien entretenue. Spéciale dédicace à Maria de l'accueil. Piscine et spa correct Juste le buffet du petit déjeuner en "world food" comme dans bcp d'hôtels hélas

Très bon séjour a l hôtel Pegasus, le personnel est vraiment très attentionné malgré la fin de saison qui approche. La vue est à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées, literie excellente. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi bien chaud comme on aime exceptionnelle 😃😃. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

The breakfast quality, options and quantity was very poor, most food tasted like second day food, not fresh at all. Room was ok, but the toilet had a very bad smell, we had to close our nose to get in even after room cleaning. There were ants and hair everywhere. We changed the hotel for the rest of the trip because we were not happy at all.

The hotel is supposed to be five star hotel. Unfortunstely it didn’t feel that a 5star hotel at all. The bathroom smells so that it’s almost impossible to shower in it. The room was nice and beautiful. The breakfast was prepared with a very low quality. In this case the quality was replaced with quantity, which made it even worse. The service of the Greeks was very poor. Fortunately they had some Albanians helping them deliver even a good service. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel to another person.

Rooms were excellent and luxurious. Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and attentive. Reception staff assisted in securing transportation, spoke and understood English well, and provided prompt service. Pool Bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided guidance in navigating the surrounding villages. Room service was quick, rooms are turned over quickly, and hotel is a quick walk to Thira. View of the Caldera and sunset is exceptional.

Très bel hôtel situé à 20 mn à pieds de Fira, magnifique vue sur l’île de Thirassia, petits déjeuners ultra copieux et variés, personnel aux petits soins, une petite attention chaque jour dans la chambre (liqueurs et patisseries locales) et véritable mascotte grecque… le chat qui mange de la feta…

El hotel tiene mucho encanto y unas vistas preciosas. La ubicación es perfecta. El personal es súper atento, Estela y sus compañeras de recepción nos aconsejaron y ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno es genial. 100% recomendable, repetiremos seguro.
