麥森德斯萊斯豪華套房酒店(Maison des Lys - Luxury Suites)

Honestly, I will never be visiting this place again. I tried everything possible to keep the dates of my stay but my boyfriend was deployed and his time kept getting extended. I tried to move the dates out several times but everything showed as booked even next year. I had customer service reach out To the hotel and they were of no help. We asked for even a partial refund (total trip was over $5000) and still they said no. This is the absolute worst experience I ever had. I hope no one else goes through this. We did not purposely miss the dates of a $5000 trip but we can’t help it if my boyfriend was still deployed. My friends, family and I will never book with this property again!!!

Maison Des Lys is a beautiful hotel with lovely views. Our room was comfortable and lovely. The staff was helpful and very kind and the service was excellent. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel and both were delicious. Because of the location, you need to arrange transportation to get anywhere, although there are two restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again the next time I am in Santorini.

The views are amazing. The site is a little remote, but we rented a car so that helped a lot. Being away from the crazy of oia and Fira was a plus all in. Not great for food, but good options aren’t far. Nothing walkable from here, you have to be very brave. Private pool was cold, but definitely a plus. Management was excellent and very responsive. Would definitely come back.

Chef Tarek is such an amazing, dedicated and friendly individual. He puts his heart into his delicious cooking and always greets us with a smile. Both Angelos and Marius were also very pleasant and helpful

Vistelsen i allmänhet var topp klass! Personalen var jätte trevliga, servicen var toppen, allting var rent och fräscht. Kan inte mer än säga att det var 10/10!

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was cleaned and the staff was amazing. We were there for 5 nights and enjoyed every second of it

Superbe vue. Les chambres avec piscine privée sont magnifiques. Restaurant correct.

Everyone was very friendly, always took care of our needs and suggested places to go visit, ensured our rides daily and we could depend on them to answer any questions we had.
