科基諾斯別墅(Kokkinos Villas)

Bel hôtel au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle et panoramique sur la caldeira...fira et Oia en fond. Accueil et personnel au petit soin. Chambres décorées avec goût. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi...un réel must. Les extérieurs sont impeccables. Piscine commune de qualité. Proximité immédiate d'une plage en contrebas de sable noir...loin de la foule. Nous recommandons vivement Petit déjeuner bon.

Notre chambre 112, est juste à l'angle de la rue, très mal isolé (à équiper le double vitrage). Et devant chambre et devant les fenêtres, il y a 2 rangements pour les affaires ménages donc il y a toujours du passage du personnel donc nous sommes obligés de fermer les rideaux et du coup la chambre est très sombre. Le confort de la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles. Seulement le service du personnel est superbe, 5/5.

Отличное место вдали от городской суеты. Шикарный вид на кальдеру и закат, вполне достаточно мест, где поужинать вечером, дружественный персонал. Удобно и просто уехать в Фиру или Ия на автобусе. Завтраки на 5 баллов. Остались ОЧЕНЬ довольны.

Apartado de las zonas más turísticas de Santorini, en la zona de Akrotiri, se encuentra este hotel con estupendas habitaciones, algunas de ellas con jacuzzi privado exterior y vistas directas a la caldera desde las que disfrutar tanto del amanecer como del atardecer. Tanto la habitación como el jacuzzi tienen un diseño muy limpio y se mantienen en perfectas condiciones. El hotel está situado en el acantilado por lo que se desarrolla en varias plantas, accediéndose desde la superior y descendiendo a las habitaciones por escalinatas exteriores. Cuentan con un botones para el traslado del equipaje. Hay además una zona de piscina con un pequeño bar, también con vistas a la caldera, que mantienen cada día con mucha higiene limpiando exhaustivamente todo el mobiliario. Cuando no es posible realizar el check-in antes de las 15:00 h, permiten dejar el equipaje y hacer uso de las instalaciones comunes, incluida la piscina. La atención del personal es muy buena. Veinte años después, y tras varias estancias en Oía, Fira y en Imerovigli, he vuelto a encontrar en este lugar la tranquilidad y el relax que hallé la primera vez en la isla.

Nous avons séjournés en couple dans une suite avec piscine. Tout était parfait. Le jacuzzi chauffé, la vue sur la Caldera, le calme, le coucher du soleil … petit déjeuner super avec un personnel aux petits soins.. Rien à dire vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Kokkinos Villas is een prachtige accomodatie. We hadden de kamer met hottub geboekt. Dit is 100% zeker de moeite waard. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht over de Caldera. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Dit ook met een prachtig uitzicht over de Caldera. De accomadatie is erg proper. Daarnaast was ook het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie is rustig gelegen. 15 minuten rijden naar Fira en 25/30 minuten naar Oia Zeker een aanrader!

One of the best hidden gem on the island. If you have rental car and enjoy to stay away form crowded area. The room is open to the sea ,exactly like the picture . The staff is very nice as traditional Greece people , and the breakfast is top notch.

Great place, very nice and big rooms, with amazing Caldera's view. Very good breakfast and staff very polite, always ready to satisfy every needs. Facilities are also very good. Price fair, excellent value for money

Many of the reviews mention the stairs and if you take one thing away with you from this fabulous location it'll be well-worked calves! We had booked for just one night because we were island-hopping and wanted somewhere with a view for the final night before our flight. What a view. Oh my goodness...what a view. The owner upgraded us on arrival so rather than a two-bedroom apartment we got a two-bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Did I mention the view? It was stunning. Actually, considering we were literally in and out inside 18 hours, the owner could not have been more hospitable. There was a free bottle of wine, a free lift into town, a recommendation for a restaurant that turned out to be the best place we went all holiday and in the morning he drove his minibus down the cliff road so that we didn't have to drag our bags back up the hill to meet the taxi. All of this and he refused every single offer of a tip from us. If you're looking to stay somewhere that will take your breath away both literally and metaphorically then I cannot recommend Kokkinos Villas enough.
