Tout était parfait! Le personnel est adorable. Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueilli et suivi par Denise tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a été d’excellent conseils et nous a même fait nos réservations pour les activités et les restaurants. L’hôtel est très beau et à quelques mettre de la plage. Nous recommandons!

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels all around the world. For me the customer service is most important to me and what I look for when staying as a guest. I felt the staff was very rude and judgmental from the moment my party arrived. I felt they only cared about the money and tried to take us for every single dollar I had. I went to meet my mother at this hotel for her birthday and the day she checked out she was charged for having a guest even though her room had two extra beds. She was also charged for me having watermelon and melon for breakfast. Even charged for me using a towel that was in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and especially the women at the front desk were miserable people. They don’t care about your stay they care about how much money you will give them. It’s not about the money it’s about to principle.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Notre chambre était spacieuse, claire et disposait d'un petit balcon, ainsi qu'un petit coin cuisine (évier, placard avec quelques ustensiles - couvert - verre... réfrigérateur). Le petit déjeuner était excellent, ainsi que le service de chambre. Nous avons pu louer un scooter à partir de l'hôtel, et réserver une sortie en catamaran également. Nous avons passé un séjour sans aucune fausse note. Proximité de la plage à pied appréciable et accessibilité à divers restaurants également. La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale pour découvrir l'Ile.

Nous avons découvert un petit bijou au calme à 300m de la plage. Hôtel de 27 chambres. Super petit-déjeuner et surtout un personnel très sympathique en particulier Denise qui est de très bon conseil (utiliser ses connaissances et son carnet d’adresses), Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant Afros, le plus prêt de l’hôtel et qui vaut le détour : personnel plage et nourriture. Ajoutons encore que les tremblements de terre mentionnés dans les médias en début d’années sont exagérés. Ils sont plus forts dans la presse qu’en réalité. L’île est située sur une faille sismique et tremble de façon imperceptible régulièrement. Il n’y a aucun risque de la voir disparaitre dans les flots.

La atención al cliente es muy buena, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. Limpian la habitación cada día, te ofrecen servicio de trasporte, consejos para que tengas una experiencia divertida como ir en catamaran y ofrecen desayunos y almuerzos. Espero volver algún día ☺️

First Bella Santorini is not a 4 star hotel, other sites give it 3 I would give it 2. The website photos are misleading and staged. The rooms were clean but no soule and not romantic as described. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee or anything to make a drink. There were no toiletries unlike the photos. The small balcony had no shade and I would not call it a sea view. There are no drawers one open rail and no a single hook in the bathroom for a towel and no bath tub as stated on the website, we had 2 rooms and it was the same in both. The pool area needs renovated lots of broken tiles. Mismatched worn pool towels not the navy ones on the photos. The outside lights are broken hanging off. The breakfast area is bland, plastic chairs, food uncovered and no labels. We ended up eating the same things at breakfast. Santorini is beautiful but choose a different hotel. Santo Miriamare down the road is a 4 star hotel.

Bella Santorini is being marketed as a 4 and some a 3 star star establishment but this it clearly a false representation of the hotel its clearly a 2 star at a push! The hotel is in need of a major renovation, most of the light fittings were loose and roughly painted. The door to the bathroom was heavy water damaged which meant that the door could not be closed whilst using the bathroom, also the shower head with extremely wobbly and was worried that it might actually fall down. The pool was an let down and quite frankly dangerous there was numerous pools tiles missing which was just swept to the side of the pool and had to be careful that no one cut themselves. Some of the sun loungers were ripped and there was not enough sun loungers if the hotel had more than 12 guests. There was also no way of getting shade as the sun shades were fixed to the floor and did not provide any shade. On the website it mentions and the pool and its jacuzzi but there is no jacuzzi. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and every day during the week we stayed at Bella Santorini it was the same. All the food was unlabeled so we have no idea of what it actually was, it was all uncovered which led to flies being on the food. The selection was extremely poor and not what I would expect from a 4, or 3 star hotel. Most of the food was cold and the hot food was uncovered and rarely replenished. Travelling with someone who has a nut allergy it was extremely dangerous not knowing if the food contained any nuts. The hotel room was soleless and the website images and description are utterly misleading it states that each room has a bath which the two rooms which we had did not have a bath. It also mentioned that all the rooms are supplied with tea and coffee but during the week stay no such tea and coffee was ever placed into the bedrooms. The website also states that each room has a safety deposit box which whilst is true one room they had lost the key so was unable to use the safety deposit box. The room was not cleaned every day and when we highlighted this to reception we were just given clean towels. We also asked numerous times for shampoo but this was never delivered, also on the website it states that each room has a mini bar but again there was no actual mini bar in each room just a fridge. There was no internet access unless you were by the pool and in the rooms we were unable to gain access to the wifi. When we mentioned our concerns to the hotel staff in regards to the pool we were advised that it is because the kids pick the pool tiles off but this is clearly a case of neglect. The hotel staff stated that they upgraded one room to a sea view room but you could hardly see the sea view as it was blocked by a building and would need binoculars to actually see the sea view. I did not find the hotel staff to be amazing as per all the reviews it was quite the opposite actually. There are much better quality hotels that are in the area so would avoid this

Debut juin 2024, j'ai emmené ma maman a Santorin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Bella Santorini. Accueil très chaleureux de Lina. L'equipe est également aux petits soins et à l'écoute des besoins. Chambres agréables, très propres et spacieuse. Nous avons adoré les petits déjeuners où nous avions choix, et quantité et qualité étaient au rdv. Par ailleurs, belle découverte de plusieurs specialites grecques. Hôtel tres calme situé tout près de la plage et des stations de bus. Point positif, c'est une petite structure.

Excellent hôtel ! Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en famille avec plaisir. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est préparé a la demande et fait maison ! La piscine est superbe, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est assez grand pour 4 personnes. Magnifique ! Excellent hotel! We happily stayed there for a week as a family. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is prepared to order and homemade! The swimming pool is superb, the jacuzzi on the terrace is big enough for 4 people. Gorgeous !

Super hôtel très accueillant, serviable et gentil qui vous donne de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour! Petit déjeuner copieux, chambre propre, cadre jolie situé à proximité de la plage et d un bon restaurant! Nous recommandons!

Tout était parfait , l’accueil, l’emplacement, la propreté, très belle chambre avec jacuzzi impeccable. Sofia et Lina sont adorables. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Magnifique hôtel, tout était super.. La propriétaire Lina est très accueillante, disponible pour ses clients et les conseillent sur les excursions à faire afin qu’ils passent un beau séjour.. Petit déjeuner copieux avec plein de spécialités grecques délicieuses.. Mon studio était spacieux et confortable.. La plage, les restos, le mini market sont à 5 mn de l’hôtel.. Je le recommande fortement et merci beaucoup à Lina et son équipe..🌺

Un belle environnement calme proche de la mer. Un staff très sympathique, arrangeant et convivial! De plus la cuisine est très bonne. Un endroit familiale et romantique, avec des excursions superbes. Nous avons fait la sortie en catamaran, nous avons pu nous baigner et faire de la plongé. Le petit déjeuner est varié et change tout les jours. Merci à eux pour ce séjour fort agréable.
