As the song says, heaven is a place on Earth... and that place is Kivotos Santorini. We visited the island after Italy and were so fallen in love with each other and with the hotel itself. Jaw-dropping sunsets viewed from our suite, while relaxing in our pool. The only smoke-grey hotel in the island that stands out from anything else, but so in balance at the same time. Lights that change to our favorite colors and local wines in the cooler were some of the amenities available. And my God, the food was so sumptuous and delicious! The people are amazing and so attentive, thank you all for the incredible moments you made for us come true! Definitely returning and definitely recommending!

I booked two suites. The rooms are nicely designed, but not clean. The grey painted jacuzzies were dirty. The jacuzzi of my suite was inside a separate room. The first day we had no warm water for the shower. Dust in the cupboards and under the beds. Little pool, no fitness and no breakfast buffet. Very little choice for breakfast and à la carte menu. We couldn’t open the umbrella at the pool because of a theoretical danger of wind, which didn’t materialize. At sunset, the hotel was invaded by tourists, who were not clients. The reached the entrance of my suite. It looks that the hotel is run by 5 employees, who perform many tasks, like running the reception, cleaning the poolside, serving dinner, shipping the luggage etc. They were nice but inefficient, except the receptionist Deniza, who did her best. Little value for the money. Cavo Tagoo or Nikki Beach would be far better choices.

Wenn etwas außerordentlich gut ist, dann erzählt man das auch gerne andren :). Kivotos ist wirklich ein Wunderschönes, einzigartiges Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir werden uns noch lange daran erinnern :) Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit wunderbar vom Ganzen Team behandelt, kein Wunsch blieb offen und das Design des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. I’ve been to quite a few places around the globe, but by far the Kivotos hotels are my favorite places to stay at. Kivotos Santorini has one of the best views I have ever witnessed w/some of the nicest and helpful staff meme bees and impeccable rooms with a private jacuzzi that allows you to enjoy all that a 5 star hotel has to offer! The breakfast was so good I kept eating it even though I was full and for dinner they provided exceptional service that allowed us to truly enjoy the best sunset view on the entire island. I recommend Kivotos to anyone and everyone traveling to Santorini!

This hotel was absolutely incredible!!! We went on a couples vacation here and it was perfect. We had complimentary pick up and departure to and from the ferry. They started out giving us a welcome drink and helped us book all our extra activities for the trip. When our room was ready we were greeted with a bottle of wine, fruit and mini donuts. Each room has their own pool which had the most beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff was always so helpful and accommodating. Each day at 7pm they brought us a snack to the room. I would recommend having drinks at their restaurant while watching the sunset since it has the best view on the island!!! The breakfast was my favorite part, they can either bring it to your room or you can sit outside at their restaurant and they have it ready for you whenever you want. They gave us a number to text with whatever we need and they would do it for us. It was the best and most relaxing trip ever. My first time in Santorini was amazing thanks to Kivotos!

Yes, this is an amazing hotel that is right above Skaros Rock landmark, which in my opinion is the best spot in Santorini. This new small luxury boutique hotel in a cave is unique and one of a kind and doesn't look like all the other hotels around it. We stayed 5 nights in the Kivatos villa that was about 2,200sqft with an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. It had a kitchen,haman, huge bedroom and amazing waterfall showers. The beds were extremely comfortable , and breakfast was a huge feast every morning. The service given by all the workers and staff was a 10. They will do everything in their power to make you happy. This was one of my favorite hotels in my 35 years of traveling. Enjoy this oasis in Santorini.
