阿比桑託水療套房(Abyssanto Suites and Spa)

The property itself were great. The issue is that the general manager and the rest of the staff only care about you spending more money. I scheduled what was supposed to be a private transfer to the ferry but had another couple from the hotel join last minute. I was told we needed to leave for the ferry 1pm because of “traffic” when the ferry was at 3:30pm. The general manger completely ruined and wasted my last day in Santorini by saying we had to leave at 1pm just so he had enough time to swing by the airport first to drop off the other couple who joined us for the ride first. The other couple thought they were paying for a private shuttle service as well. When i complained to management about they blatantly lying to me the day before they made excuses and said they would not refund me unless I came back to the hotel. They completely ruined my last day and would not even refund the ride. They only care about taking your money at this hotel.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. The private jacuzzi with sunset view is so good after a day of walking. Hiking trail to reach Oia from the hotel (4 hours round trip). Panos is so kind and ready to help anytime. The breakfast is delicious. The catamaran trip is very pleasant.

Soooo this place is absolutely amazing. I think staying in this are Imerovigly you get the best sunset views of Sanotrini, yes better than Oia. The breakfast is AMAZING, the staff is superb! They help you plan your days when you get there and give you all the help and tips you need for your stay. Just wait til you get there and they do EVERYTHIG FOR YOU! We were so so happy there! I mean it was dreamy, we loved the location we felt like we were right in the middle of the island so not too far from anything,,,,Dont think about it! Stay here, confidently!

An amazing place to stay with incredible views over the Caldera and sunset. Impeccable service, nothing was too much trouble. There’s plenty of places to eat close by, but it’s also an easy 25 min lovely walk into Fira for more choice. The breakfasts that are brought to your room are incredible, huge choice of dishes, far too much to eat all of it! Thoroughly recommended.

Panos and his staff are amazing. They made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until we left. The room was great! Very clean and very nice. The daily breakfast was a feast and was different each day. Delivered to your outside table each morning to enjoy the breathtaking views. I highly recommend staying here!

My family (including 3 picky College kids) absolutely loved Abyssanto! It’s just like the movies! Spectacular view & private jacuzzi & pool. Pano & his staff were excellent in every way! Picked us up at the airport , served us wine & drinks upon arrival & gave us excellent dinner & activity recommendations. He got us THE BEST tables at wonderful restaurants in Oia & Fira and he set us up with an amazing private boat excursion for the day. The breakfast was outstanding each day & served to us on our beautiful patio with spectacular view each morning. the location is perfect - easy to walk to shops, bars & restaurants & when we needed transportation , Pano happily arranged for us. We can’t wait to come back!

The view is amazing from the patios or hot tub outside your room. The staff is awesome. They are very attentive without being intrusive. From brining breakfast to your outdoor patio every morning, helping with tours, renting an ATV, and transportation around the island they are always happy to help. We quickly made friends with the couple staying next door an hit it off. A great time and great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Make this a bucket list trip and place to stay you will not regret it.

*DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE* My husband and I saw the lovely rooms at Abyssanto and dreamed of staying in their Abyssos Suite from the moment we got engaged. We booked our room in October 2021, received a confirmation number, email, and everything. BUT, 7 months later (and only a month before our reservation), our reservation was cancelled because "there was an issue with our card". We never received any indication that our credit card was an issue and called them multiple times. They were extremely rude when we called them and they refused to accept another form of payment. They told us they would hold the room and then BOOKED IT HOURS LATER. Turns out they also rent out their rooms via AirBnb for a more expensive price so they didn't honor our reservation to get more money.

Best view in town plus down to earth customer service. Had a pleasant experience overall. We had a room that had Caldera and sunset view from the room 😍. Manager always went above and beyond for all of our requests and we're really happy with the stay overall.
