Très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Nous avions vu sur la piscine depuis le balcon Et au petit déjeuner vu sur le volcan c était fabuleux. Le service était très attentionné merci

This property is advertised as being in Akrotiri with great views. We found neither. Akrotiri is a 25 minute walk on a dangerous road with no pavement. You can pick up a quieter track halfway down though. On arrival we checked in but were not offered the traditional welcome. We had a standard room and a superior room. Room 8 is a superior room which is small with very little storage, the A/C was not working but was fixed. Advertised was a free mini bar which was suppose to have a bottle of water. It was empty. Our view was over a building site which was never mentioned. There was a smell of drains. On leaving the room you have to put a label on the door each day to get the room attended to. We stupidly forgot one day so nothing was done. Not even emptying the toilet paper bin. I asked to speak to the manager but they were not available, but a member of staff was able to change rooms, to room 10, which is slightly larger with no view of the building site, and gave us a free drink in lieu of our traditional welcome. Breakfast is okay, but not something to look forward to. The good news is that there are two good restaurants each side. You definitely need a car or some form of transport to get around. I was in Parga 3 months ago in a similar priced hotel, I could not fault that hotel and the majority of guests were returning. I will not be on this occasion. On checking out I did flag up with reception that I had to turn the fridge off in room 10 each night as it made a funny noise. I paid our bill and it was very kindly rounded up. Our daughter had the standard room overlooking the pool and sunset. I would recommended that side of the hotel. I would like to thank Maria and Konstantina for their excellent service.

Abbiamo soggiornata in questa struttura ad agosto 2024. La struttura e nuova e con tutti i confort, in zona tranquilla e con vista tranonto spettacolare. Piscina pulita e con ottimo servizio bar e asciugamani. Personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e variegata. Unico neo sul quale credo debbano lavorare e che essendo in mezza pensione, la cena non poteva essere scelta ed ovviamente ci sono stare sere in cui non abbiamo potuto mangiare quello proposto perché non ci piaceva e nulla era stato comunicato. Credo che la scelta tra almeno 2 piatti principali dovrebbe esserci. Poi i piatti erano già preparati e riscaldati al momento. Questa è davvero una nota dolente che stona con tutto il contesto

Petit hôtel de charme où le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec pour la plupart vue sur la mer. Superbe couché de soleil depuis la piscine où le personnel du bar est vraiment extra. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés. Très bon séjour à l'écart de la circulation de Santorin.

Πρώτη φορά στη Σαντορίνη και σαν ρομαντικές ψυχές που είμαστε κλείσαμε στο Romantica Caldera. Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στο ακρωτήρι μακριά από τη βαβούρα του κέντρου υπόσχεται στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Το φιλικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό μας εξυπηρέτησαν άριστα!! Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο με θέα πισίνα.
