房間比較寬敞，比較乾淨衞生，衞生間淋浴水壓有些不夠，不過其他還好，淡季性價比很高，帶公共泳池，整體還是不錯的。

We arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps. Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower. I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in. In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony. The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went. The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around. It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

Απίστευτη θέα στο ξενοδοχείο το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο έτοιμο να βοηθήσει και να καθοδηγήσει πολύ οργανωμένο θα έλεγε όσο για τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ωραία με λευκά είδη κει μυρίζουν φρεσκάδα τέλος το συναίσθημα του πρωινού δίπλα στην πισίνα και στον καταγάλανο ουρανό είναι μοναδικό

Τα Φηρά έχουν υπέροχη θέα αλλά μόνο αυτό. Ταλαιπωρία να περπατάς στα δρομάκια που γλυστρανε, άπειρα καταστήματα με πανάκριβα πράγματα, φαγητό κ καφέδες απλησίαστα.Τα περίφημα γαϊδουράκια βρωμιζουν παντού κ μαζί με τα πεταμένα σκουπίδια, η κατάσταση είναι απαράδεκτη για ένα νησί που θέλει να προβάλλει μια εικόνα αξιώσεων. Αν δεν έχετε πακέτο να μείνετε στα high καταλύματα, πάτε 2 μέρες κ φύγετε γιατί δεν είναι για παραπάνω.

Κλείσαμε για ένα γάμο 7 δωμάτια στο δικό μου δωμάτιο προσωπικά οι πετσέτες δεν αλλαχτήκαν ποτέ δεν μας κάλεσαν να μας ενημερώσουν για το πρωινό ποτέ ενώ ο γαμπρός τα είχε πληρώσει όλα και επίσης το χειρότερο όλων η λερωμένη πετσέτα η οποία ήταν κάτω μπήκε η καθαρίστρια μέσα την δίπλωσε και μου την ξανά έβαλε .

Tout simplement honteux! Je regrette ce choix d'hôtel. On se retrouve dans une chambre miteuse et sale. On se casse le dos sur un matelas vieux et de mauvaise qualité. Cet hôtel est loin du centre, le service de taxis est extrêmement coûteux. Et par dessus le marché, la patronne est exécrable... une arnaque! À fuir!

Muy buena mi estadía en el hotel. La señora Flora es muy amable. Me hizo un buen precio por la habitación. Fui muy cansado y pasé un día en el hotel. Al otro día ya me sentía mucho mejor. Un lugar muy tranquilo. Es cerca del Supermercado Lidl. Ese supermercado tiene precios baratos lo que hace que su estadía sea mucho más económica. Está cerca del centro de Fira. Se puede ir caminando o también hay la opción de ir en bus. Muchas gracias por todo.

The hotel was very clean and the location is very convenient it's very close to everything. All staff were so helpful. Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived till the time that we left. The beautiful pool with plenty of space, sun lounges, pool towels, the overall cleanliness.. the outdoor shared area was cleaned every morning (spotlessly clean) and of course the beautiful sunrise. Highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

Very beautiful place. Strongly recommended. Value for money. The pool was very nice. Very clean. Very polite personnel. It is not so close to Fira. But it is very close to the main road and a bus station. Very close also to Santo Winery, which is one of the most famous vineries in the island worth visiting.

La empleada nos ofreció telefonicamente un coche por treinta euros /día, incluyendo venir a recogernos al puerto. Cuando ya nos tuvieron en el hotel fueron sesenta y negarse hubiera sido igual de caro. Una trampa.Id con cuidado.

the photos from the page are misleading. The rooms were very dirty, with rusted wc, very bad quality of beds and very uncomfortable - to the point where we didn't rest at night! It doesn’t offer any facilities such as kettle or any bathroom facilities. The maids obviously just did the bed since when we were returning back to our rooms in the afternoon there was still dust on the floor and no towels change! No toilet paper was added until you ask for it! And all of these for almost €300 per night!!!

We stayed here in May 2022 and based on a) the cost and b) the fact we booked the honeymoon suite, my wife and I were so very disappointed. Despite the staff being very friendly there was lots to complain about: 1. Room: the honeymoon suite was big but very dark internally, because it's situated on the ground floor so you had to keep the 'curtains' drawn the entire time. Having said that, the curtains didn't fully cover the windows so were completely ineffective at keeping the light out in the mornings, meaning the room got pretty much fully light as soon as the sun rose (which is very early in the summer months!) There was no bin in the main room, our towels didn't get cleaned every day and were also quite old, the TV did not work, air con was not great, and it felt more like we were put aside rather than staying in a premier room. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows rock hard. There is a kind-of kitchenette with a fridge, a sink and some plates, but no provisions to wash anything up, and no bowls for us to eat the cereal we bought from the local supermarket. It made us want to spend as much time away from the hotel as possible the whole time we were there. We were only provided with shampoo/shower gel (all in one), nothing else like conditioner or body lotion. The shower gel wasn't great, and when we'd used it all up we had to ask in reception for more. 2. Laundry. We needed to do some laundry while there. This cost 12 euros per load - we were expecting some cost but this seemed like a lot 3. Taxi: Unless you are very abled, you will need a taxi to get to and from Fira in the evenings as it's a 40-min walk. They booked us one for 15 euro but this was a private car - not a taxi - who guilted us into giving a tip as well, for a journey that is 4 minutes by car. Book a taxi yourselves. We were furious. 4. The pictures implied you got a bath and bathrobes in the honeymoon suite...you do not. The only notion of this room being a 'honeymoon' suite was some white ribbon hanging off the clothes hangers. Despite this there was some upsides: 1. Friendly staff 2. Location. Whilst it is NOT in Fira, rather a 40 min walk away, it is a good location for those who do not mind a walking as the sun set views are incredible if you walk outside the complex on an evening stroll to Fira. Note: you will need a car if you want to see more of the island (which we did). Overall, we were very disappointed and cannot endorse this hotel. It was incredibly expensive for what we received.

Very friendly and accommodating staff - great experience. Very quiet rooms and very nice pool. I especially found the lady at the front desk to be very kind and excited to see us. She made our stay very easy. Would highly recommend to any travellers.

Really lovely place to stay Flora was such a great host of the hotel, we received a really warm welcome. Nice and peaceful with a lovely pool to relax around Close to the port and the airport and a short taxi ride to Fira. There are cash machines and a Lidl within close walking distance. Across the road is the most wonderful view also
