海洋豪華酒店及水療中心(La Mer Deluxe Hotel & Spa)

Hotel splendido che siamo riusciti ad avere a un costo ragionevole. Stanza di fronte alla bellissima piscina interna. Posto auto. Ristorante interno di ottimo livello con porzioni abbondantissime. Spiaggia del resort bella, ma con mare un po’ freddo (ma non è colpa del resort!). Posizione vicina al lungomare turistico con alcuni ristoranti carini. Serve la macchina per girare la bellissima Santorini e godere dei famosi tramonti.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin vom 24. Juli - 31. Juli 2023 im "La mer de luxe". Für 7 Nächte inklusive Flug haben wir für zwei Personen über das Reiseunternehmen Hotelplan CHF 4'579.- für Zimmer/Frühstück (Standardzimmer) bezahlt. Das Hotel war aber definitiv nie und nimmer 5 Sterne wert!!!! Auch den Namen Spa trägt es zu unrecht! Das Standardzimmer (Nr. 7), welches wir zugeteilt bekommen haben, war eine reine Katastrophe! Hier in der Schweiz würde man solch ein Zimmer nicht einmal in einem 2-Sterne Hotel vorfinden! Flecken an der Spiegelumrandung, Flecken am Bett, Holz, welches vom Mobiliar abblättert, Flecken am Spiegel, Grünspan am Wasserhahn, total abgenutztes Badezimmer, welches eine Renovation dringend notwendig hätte! Habe ich mich oder meiner Partnerin sich im Bett gedreht, hat das Bett gequietscht und gezittert (wir sind beide normalgewichtig!). Unmöglich so die Nacht durchzuschlafen! Als ich dem Manager die Fotos gezeigt habe, hat er gesagt, dass er mich verstehen könne, dass sie aber total ausgebucht wären und wir allenfalls für die letzten 4 Nächte ein anderes Zimmer bekommen würden. Ich habe mich daraufhin beim Reiseunternehmen beschwert. Seltsamerweise haben wir dann nur eine Stunde später plötzlich einen Upgrade in ein Executive Zimmer erhalten (nachdem dieses Druck auf das Hotel ausgeübt hatte). Das Executive Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht das was man von 5 Sternen und vom bezahlten Preis erwartet! Das Spa bestand gerade Mal aus einer Sauna und einer Dampfdusche (welche zudem ausser Betrieb war und das in der Hochsaison!) und einem Indoorpool. Das Fitnesscenter aus gerade mal zwei Kraftmaschinen, welche neben Spielautomaten standen...... Die Hotelanlage (Pool etc.) ist ansonsten sehr schön, das Früststücksbuffet war reichhaltig und das Personal wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden dieses Hotel aber nicht noch einmal buchen!

Hotel was a great experience for us, room and service were first class. Spotless rooms and staff attention was second to none. Staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to our cleaner Ida who was worth her weight in gold.

Arrivés tôt à l hotel accueil chaleureux cocktail offert en attendant la chambre . A propos de la chambre tout est nickel grande douche bonne literie .Hotel tres bien placé a 300 metres de la plage bar et resto et boutique à gogo . Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux du sucré du salé vraiment rien à redire .personnel tres accueillant et chaleureux vraiment une super semaine a kamari . Jamel

A lovely adults only hotel, we were there the penultimate week in the season and it was fabulous. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom suite which has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Inches from the pool (one of a few), yards from the restaurant and a short walk to the main promenade. I was with a mobility impaired friend so it was absolutely ideal. Breakfast was fine, not a huge choice but we had what we needed. The restaurant wasn’t that inviting but when we did eat there it was lovely, the food was really nice so don’t dismiss it. We had a massage in the spa and it was lovely, reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely and it was a really relaxing break. Only 1 minor whinge - there was a coffee machine in the suite but we didn’t realise until we got the bill that they charged €2 for each tiny coffee pod they replenish! Just saying….

Bien que le personnel soit très sympathique, et le cadre agréable, nous avons globalement été déçus de cet hôtel 5*. Nous avions choisi un hôtel & SPA pour se faire nos séances de SPA chaque jour après les activités, et avions réserver un grosse partie du budget de nos vacances pour cela. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant : le hammam ne fonctionne pas, le jacuzzi n’est pas chauffé et lorsqu’on a voulu utiliser le sauna, cela n’a pas été possible car il était éteint. Autant dire que l’appelation « SPA » est quasi mensongère pour cet hôtel. Dans la chambre, nous avions une baignoire de balnéothérapie qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus. On a voulu se contenter d’un bain, et il y a eu un dégât des eaux dans notre salle de bain car la baignoire fuyait… Par ailleurs, impossible d’obtenir le nettoyage de sa chambre après 13h. Étant des adeptes de grasses mat’, nous n’avons pas eu notre chambre de lavée une seule fois pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits. Étonnant pour un service 5*.

Abbiamo soggiornato in Kamari, presso questa struttura, per 5 giorni, in un periodo dell’anno non particolarmente affollato. Dunque mi sarei aspettata una qualità della permanenza di gran lunga superiore e all’altezza delle cinque stelle dell’hotel. È vero che la location si trova a breve distanza dall’aeroporto (15 km, 30€ di taxi) ma francamente avevo considerato il rumore degli aerei e non è stato quello il problema. Premetto che al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito (non sapevo che probabilmente ci sarebbe stata dietro una mezza fregatura) e la possibilità di soggiornare in una camera superior con jacuzzi privata. Ebbene, la jacuzzi si trova letteralmente ad un metro dai cavi elettrici che pendono sopra di essa. Chiaramente non siamo bambini e non andiamo a toccarli con la mano, ma questo almeno in Italia non sarebbe conforme alle regole di sicurezza. In secondo luogo la stanza era angusta e il letto sovradimensionato tanto che non si poteva passare in due per andare in bagno. Ultimo (ma non meno importante) la scarsissima pulizia: al nostro arrivo ho trovato capelli nella vasca e anche fuori nel terrazzo, che è stato spazzato solo dopo mia formale rimostranza al personale. Peraltro la pulizia consiste nel cambio letti e in una veloce passata di mocio, tanto che molti di quei capelli rimanevano appiccicati comunque a terra e ho dovuto toglierli da me. Il bagno poi presentava molte incrostature… Unica nota positiva è la gentilezza del personale, sempre gentile. Vi offrono, se volete, la possibilità di acquistare dei pacchetti di tour per Fira, Oia o Akrotyri del prezzo di circa €50. Francamente non ve lo consiglio: con 1.60 di bus si arriva a Fira e con 1,80€ ad Oia, entrambe cittadine visitabili a piedi in qualche ora. Quanto al sito archeologico si può sempre prendere il bus da Fira che ferma proprio davanti all’ingresso del sito e acquistare lì il biglietto e se si vuole la guida (secondo me bastano e avanzano le info che si ricavano online). In sintesi, mi rendo conto che i 5 stelle in Italia hanno un altro standard che all’estero, ma sinceramente questa volta sono rimata molto stupita (in negativo).

Bellissima esperienza in questo Hotel. Camera spaziosa e sempre in ordine cosi come la piscina sempre curata, teli per i lettini sempre disponibili. Ottima e abbondante la colazione cosi come il pranzo. Non ultimo il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile dalla reception al ante. Esperienza da rifare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff

Un hotel que pagas como 5 estrellas y no llega ni a 3. Es antiguo, instalaciones viejas, el trato del personal pésimo, salvo la recepcionista María (te cobran hasta las cápsulas de Nespresso y agua “de cortesía”), teníamos una excursión a las 7:30h contratada con ellos y el desayuno empezaba a las 8h, no quisieron darnos nada aunque estaba todo preparado en la sala. No tienen servicio de maletas y las vistas “al mar” lo ves a kilómetros y lo que tiene es una obra en frente
