馬力歐公寓(Studios Marios)

Hotel in posizione molto comoda a ridosso della bella spiaggia di Kamari e del suo corso. Struttura accogliente e dotata di una piscina ( non grandissima ) ben tenuta e confortevole. Il personale alla reception si è subito prodigato per fornirci tutte le informazioni possibili per rendere il nostro soggiorno più confortevole possibile indicando le maggiori escursioni da fare sull'isola. Poco distante vi è un grande parcheggio dove parcheggiare un eventuale auto pesa in noleggio e tutti i servizi di cui si necessita.

Les points positifs : La situation géographique à quelques mètres de la plage de Kamari et de ses animations La piscine et ses transats très agréables par temps chaud Des magasins tout près Le calme, l'amabilité et la bienveillance du personnel Le rapport qualité prix exceptionnel Dog Friendly !!!! Le bus au bout de la rue de la pâtisserie (10 minutes à pied près du stade de foot et basket) qui vous emmènera à Fira et de là à Oia etc. (ticket à 1.60) Merci Mario :)

We had a fabulous stay at these beautiful apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean and smelt fantastic. The apartment was a great size with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The pool area again was incredibly clean and the bar prices very reasonable. The close proximity to the beach was very welcoming. I can not fault these apartments, we had the best stay and were made to feel very welcome. It was like a home from home on this beautiful island. I would recommend anyone to come and stay, we would definitely return. Thank you 😊

Great little studio. We had a three bed room with everything you need to make food/drinks. Very clean & tidy and also probably the most convenient place in Kimari for access to the beach and all other amenities. There is a fantastic little bakery at the end of the street (the best I’ve ever been to) where the staff are amazingly helpful and 2x small supermarkets which are very reasonably priced. Marios and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff are thorough and very friendly. It wasn’t quite warm enough for us to use the pool but it is extremely clean and well kept. I feel it’s also worth mentioning that the shower was powerful.

The week was amazing even though it was the end of the season. The concierge concierge was amazing. Helpful full of information. Offered me a transfer via email before my arrival. The property was clean and the house keeping was super helpful.

Following positive reviews we chose these studios for a late summer holiday. We were not disappointed. Twelve rooms and we were on the top floor which was ideal. The room was large, clean and the beds very comfy. It is basic accommodation as advertised, a microwave for the kitchen area could be a good addition for some. The daily cleaning was thorough with friendly staff. In addition the 2 guys on the front desk were helpful and attentive. The pool area was spotless with a very relaxed quiet environment (usually but more later). The location was perfect, at one end of the town just away from the main beach front area so generally quiet. The balcony was a good sized area to relax. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool at any time although disappointing a small number of guests found it necessary to reserve their beds by leaving towels and books for a long time. The house rules state not to do this but no action taken to remove the towels etc. My only recommendation would be to consider the establishment becoming adults only. All rooms, except one who arrived 2 days before we left, were taken by adults who clearly enjoyed a peaceful environment which was evident around the pool and at night. A family with 2 young girls were the exception who were very noisy around the pool, on their balcony and at 3am a screaming 5 year old having a tantrum waking me up. The hotel does not have family friendly facilities and I believe an adults only environment would be best for clients and attract more business for the hotel. I also believe Kamari is without doubt the best resort to stay on the island with a great selection of bars, restaurants and a superb prom by the sea. Overall I would highly recommend this establishment for a holiday in Santorini.

We have stayed i these studios every year (apart from Covid!)for the past 11 years. Excellent every year!! The pool is now sea water. Marios, Thannos & Demitri are very helpful if you need any assistance they do their best to keep guests happy. The two cleaning ladies do a great job of keeping the studios clean. We cannot recommend the Studios enough. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you to all the team. Ian & Wendy

This is an absolute hidden gem. So lovely. Really clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great value. The location is perfect, right beside the beach and close to the airport. The rooms are a great size, with everything you need. The pool area was lovely and super clean. We will 100% be going back

We had a wonderful time at Marios Studios. Great location literally 20 seconds from the beach and close to lots of great food places, shops and a pretty spectacular walking route up the mountainside. The studios are well maintained, spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and have everything you need. Evvery single member of staff were polite and friendly, made us feel very welcome from the off, and could not do enough for us. The cleanliness of all the studios and the communal areas is testament to the hard work of the two lovely cleaning staff, and the manager and chap on reception were both on hand at all times to help us and to answer questions, helping us book a tour and giving us lots of information about the area. I would heartily recommend staying here. The pool was one of the cleanest I have ever swum in and it is a little sun trap on even the windiest of days. Come and stay here - you will not regret it!
