接下來的四天我都平安無事。問題出在我最後退房的時候。我用信用卡付款時，從錢包裡掏出卡，不小心掉在了桌子上。一個員工拿起卡，沒有還給我，就自己處理了付款。然後他示意旁邊的同事把我的信用卡號碼輸入電腦。我不知道他是用記事本、Word 還是 Excel 錄入的。我立刻質疑為什麼我的信用卡號要單獨記錄。當時付款已經完成，飯店也給了我收據。我還確認了飯店的管理系統已經自動輸入了我的信用卡號，格式是 xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234。這意味著我不需要手動輸入。但是他們一直說這是正常流程，所以我要求見經理。等了大約 20 分鐘後，經理來了，只問了一句：「你會說英語嗎？」以及「我們酒店是像四季酒店、希爾頓酒店或萬豪酒店那樣的豪華酒店。」他沒有解釋員工在付款時手動輸入客人信用卡號是否正常。不，經理甚至沒有提及員工的行為。我向他解釋說，他提到的所有酒店都是我旅行期間住過的，這種情況從未發生過。我只是想知道，在所有付款完成並開立收據後，手動將客人的信用卡號輸入電腦是否是正常流程。如果不是正常流程，那麼輸入別人的信用卡號碼的目的又是什麼？但經理反而問我有什麼顧慮。我認為重點不在於我的顧慮，而是「為什麼要輸入別人的信用卡號？」經理解釋說，他們飯店使用的管理系統在世界各地的飯店都很常見，會自動輸入信用卡號。這就是問題的關鍵。當我使用信用卡終端付款時，他們提到的程式會自動將我的信用卡號前12位輸入為“X”，後4位輸入為數字。然而，當我質疑飯店員工為何要手動輸入我的信用卡號碼時，他們卻給了一系列無關緊要的答案。他們只是反覆強調他們工作的酒店非常好，無需擔心。我詢問其他顧客這是否是飯店的正式流程，以及他們付款後是否也會記下信用卡號碼，但無人回答。這引發了人們對潛在問題的擔憂，因為無法確定他們是否只記錄了16位數的信用卡號碼，還是也記錄了有效期限和安全碼。

The staff were extremely attentive, from arrival, they were always available to assist. The standard room was quite cramped, but the facilities on the premises were great! The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, high quality and quantity of food. The gym was adequate, enough equipment to keep fit, with someone to help if you needed instruction. The room service was average, they were always willing to clean but when they did clean it wasn't the best job done. The location in Messaria is quite convenient, although the hotel could help arrange taxis but they failed to suggest using the bus which is just down the road. It works out to much cheaper and goes to all the key locations on the island. I would definitely recommend this hotel when going to Santorini, just be smart about it.

Een geweldig hotel. Top faciliteiten, erg goede service en gastvrijheid. Lekkere bedden, luxe ingericht en erg mooi en groot zwembad. Restaurant is super en het ontbijt is het beste van Santorini. Aanrader!

the spa is wonderfull! pool temperature is a little cool, and no music just need a little more ambiance everywhere but hotel is really nice, breakfast excellent and restaurant food excellent too!
