特拉別墅的評價

這家酒店真的太好了，很少寫長評，這次一定要認真寫一下評價，非常感謝他們周到的服務！！很少在歐洲遇到這種服務這麼好且人性化的酒店，首先地理位置非常好，風景位置也非常好陽台外面正對着大海火山島景色絕佳，離Fira小鎮大路上車子的下客點挺近的，不會需要走非常多的樓梯路，而且我是女生一個人拖着23公斤的大行李箱來，酒店居然免費安排了工作人員提前來我的下車點等+幫我提行李去酒店，最難以置信的是我第二天早上要趕六點的早班機四點多就必須從酒店出發，工作人員四點多也願意來幫我提行李..！我都不太好意思了，總之太感謝了。其次就是我本來衹住了一晚上，第二天早上本來飛機十一點多的飛機，想着可以陽台慢慢享用早餐後離開，但航司航變把我的飛機改到早上六點我天都塌了以為我無法體驗陽台早餐了，但提前跟酒店溝通後他們答應在本來非早餐供應時間的下午一點（也讓我提前check in了）幫我準備早餐，我剛來就給我端上來了，早餐很豐盛愛心籃子擺盤特別漂亮，超預期的聖島陽台早餐體驗！！另外就是需要提醒一下酒店聯繫我都是提前加了whatsapp的，建議大家提前下載好whatsapp（這個需要歐洲流量包才能使用，中國大陸的數據可能打不開）提前聯繫好服務真的非常周到細心，強烈推薦這家

房間一塌糊塗，三個房間衹有一個能通風，其他兩個一個地下室一個閣樓，烏漆嘛黑沒有通風悶得不得了，連採光也沒有。 晚上我們9點多到的酒店，電話根本聯繫不上，打了攜程等了半個小時才等到人。 衞生和服務也很搞笑，vanity kit棉片每天都不補充，牙刷給我每天新增兩根。 有個maid每天早上做早餐，早餐幾乎沒什麼可以選的，然後早上做錯了，還問我能不能為了她將就吃一下，我拒絕了之後態度很奇怪。 我們最後一天11點check out，9點就給我wifi關了，簡直是搞笑。 地理位置的話也是，在山下，需要走樓梯，蠻高的，但是預訂的時候沒有任何標註，我家裡人走路不便非常不友好。 作為這個價格的酒店，真的不要想不開，我定的1萬4 3晚就這服務，真的是搞笑。 同樣的價格有太多選擇了，不要為難自己。

一級棒的海景，房間又大又乾淨，如果再來，還會入住。

Amazing place to stay! The suite was great, incredible views from the balcony and a fabulous breakfast brought to the room. Athena was wonderful, so helpful with anything that you need.

We stayed in the penthouse villa at Thira Villas in late June and it was simply amazing. It’s all about the location and the outdoor terrace of the villa has breathtaking views of the Caldera. With your own private plunge pool, sun loungers and a dining table, there’s no better place to relax and experience that famous sunset from the comfort of your own beautifully appointed villa. Athena and her team were extremely helpful and friendly and helped with restaurant reservations and even helped me video and photograph a proposal that I had planned close to sunset time on the terrace. This has to be one of the best places to stay in Santorini and would highly recommend you stay here if you can

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Athena is amazing. We came here with our family of 5 and stayed in the largest apartment. It basically has 3 master suites on 3 different levels. The pictures don't do it justice. It is massive. It was fun to hear the kids (teens) ooh and ahhh when we arrived. Breakfast is cooked to order and the sevice is impeccable. I couldn't rate this place any higher. It is incredible.

This bed & breakfast is absolutely amazing. Athena is the best host. When plans change, she easily pivots and takes amazing care of you. The place is immaculate and much bigger than the pictures show. The largest suite has basically three seperate master suites on 3 different levels. It's incredible.

The pictures on the website were pretty amazing, but walking into the three bedroom apartment exceeded all of my expectations. I was traveling with my family of five, with three adult kids, and watching their expressions when they walked through the apartment was priceless. Three totally separate bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms in each made the trip. Everything was very clean, great bathroom amenities, breakfast prepared for us in our kitchen each day by the staff was great, and access to Athena when needed to answer questions, coordinate a driver, or provide recommendations was super helpful. They helped us bring our bags up and down the hill, which would have been super challenging otherwise. The location was right in the middle of the cliff surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. We coordinated a couple of island tours included the sunset catamaran trip, island tour, and food tour. All were easy to get to from this location. Fira was a great location, close to everything and views were fantastic right from our apartment. The indoor and outdoor pools were a plus for some downtime. If we were to come back to Santorini, there is no question we would book this location again. I highly recommend it.

我和我先生度蜜月時在這裡住了四個晚上，這裡再完美不過了。我到處尋找聖托里尼島最好的別墅，那裡有私人熱水浴缸，可以欣賞火山口的景色，適合度蜜月，我很高興我們找到了錫拉別墅。別墅地理位置優越，工作人員非常出色——雅典娜是最貼心的，反應靈敏！我們已經夢想著在未來的周年紀念日再次回來！

錫拉別墅的奇妙體驗！我們的主人 Athena 非常友好，隨時準備好幫助我們解決任何問題。我們住的是豪宅房間，房間內外都有按摩浴缸！享有費拉的最佳景觀。我們經過那裡的其他酒店，但沒有什麼能與錫拉別墅的景色和住宿相比。早餐有很多選擇而且很美味！謝謝雅典娜和工作人員讓我們住得非常舒適。
