屋內空調外機聲音有點吵

Reservei um apartamento com dois quartos. No site, a foto mostra dois banheiros. Porém, eles só tem um apartamento com dois banheiros. O nosso, era um banheiro para dois quartos. O apartamento é velho, mal conservado, wifi nao pega, ar condicionado de parede, barulhento e mal-cheiroso. O staff é péssimo, pedi duas vezes para mudar de quarto e nem me responderam. Voltei na recepção, falei q pagaria para mudar p dois quartos e não deram resposta. Não recomendo, não volto e vou processar. Terrível.

Very noisy place, very loud construction all the time. Poor WiFi service, extremely rude, unhelpful front desk staff. Terrible music selection throughout the property and poolside. I loved the location, the view and the restaurant. A 3 stars hotel.

Excelente flat, duas quadras da Paulista. O preço foi o praticado naquela região, considerado razoável. A recepção no check-in foi tranquila e o check-out tambem, inclusive com uns minutos de tolerancia. As acomodações era boas, cama confortável, tudo com bom espaço e muito limpo. O café da manhã foi excelente e com bastante variedades. Ponto possitivo para o estacionamento que é gratúito, ponto negativo é que as vezes o elevador pode demorar um pouco, porque o prédio é tambem residencial, mas nada exagerado também. RECOMENDO !

O espaço interno do apartamento é grande e os serviços oferecidos são bons, com opção de piscina aquecida e academia. Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e atenciosos (pedi um cobertor extra e fui prontamente atendida). O café da manhã é razoável, sem muita variedade. A localização é muito boa, próximo da Av. Paulista. Entre as opções de hotel em SP esse possui um bom custo-benefício.

Good profile on websites , and handy for the Avenue Paulista. In reality it’s just comfortable and serves a purpose to rest . Staff everywhere glaring from entrance to the lobby , lift area and then none in the breakfast room to tidy up . Food here was very poor, dreadful standards , for both evening meals and breakfast . In the morning the place looked a mess at 8.30. Coffee was yuk as was most of the spread, all cheap and budgeted to a clientele that deserved better. 2 small blocks up the hill to the main avenue , plenty of choice around here to eat , nice Japanese and Michelin rated restaurants.

O hotel possui um corpo de funcionários excelentes. O check-in é rápido e sem muita burocracia. As instalações não são novas mais atendem perfeitamente as necessidades dos hóspedes.

Ar condicionado de janela e velho. TV nao funcionava direito. Internet nao era boa. Porém, o pior de tudo foi eu ter esquecido meu fone de ouvido da samsung airdots2 no hotel e logo depois de ter saído liguei avisando do ocorrido e já não mais o encontraram e não demonstraram interesse nenhum em averiguar melhor. Tenho certeza que deixei no criado mudo ao lado da cama de casal. Tentei falar com a responsável pela limpeza e gerente do hotel e não consegui.

cumpre muito bem a que se propõe. Todos muito cordiais. Muito limpo. Otimo cafe da manha.tudo muito bom...

Flat espaçoso e bem localizado. Café da manhã bem razoável, ótima academia e piscina com vista.

Infelizmente a internet no prédio todo é muito ruim. Ponto muito negativo para quem viaja a trabalho.

So the place is a little run down and could use some point and definitely some more and better furniture in the rooms. On the plus sides: location close to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping etc. Try to get an upper floor if the traffic noise bothers you. Great to have a two-room suite for a family of four, plus a tiny kitchen and table with four chairs but needed a better/bigger couch for living area, maybe a couple more chairs. Great breakfast, friendly service, secure Negative: needs an update of paint and trim. Would definitely stay again. Location is fantastic!

O hotel é bem localizado e possui uma boa estrutura. O Valor cobrado pela diária é elevado demais.

Located in the neighborhood of Jardins, an upscale, fancy area of São Paulo. The street itself is pretty quiet which is nice. And within walking distance you’ll find yourself in a bustling area of restaurants, shops and museums. Central Park Flat has all the exterior looks: modern, nice lobby/reception, valet parking, doorman. It’s also a residential flat: people live here. But it became clear pretty quick that looks can be deceiving: 1) Arriving in our room the light didn’t work (no one checked that during the last clean up?) So we already immediately had to request maintenance, which came within 15 minutes. Great service on that. 2) the room was not meant for 3 people, even when that is what we booked for. The 3rd bed looked like a hospital bed. And was placed in the room where it didn’t really fit: in front of the balcony doors. But there wasn’t really anywhere else it could go either. The couch should have been a sofa-bed. 3) The double bed in between the wall and wardrobe was also less than ideal as there’s barely any space to comfortably pass next to it (am I to assume you’re supposed to crawl in from the feet end?), and only 1 side gets a side table, with 1 wall socket. 4) The kitchenette came with a mini fridge and microwave, and 2 sets of dinner plates and cutlery. Another indicator that this was not meant to be a 3 person room, even when the booking said so and they should have prepared for that. But I don’t think this room is usually booked for 3 people. Hence the removable hospital-like bed that damages the floor. 5) The bathroom mirror had a large internal damage on it that kinda blocked some visual. 6) The WiFi was spotty in the room, better by the door. The network is open and unprotected which personally I find a bit odd especially in this day and age? 7) Breakfast has a lot of options but at the same time is very limited: like a lot of bread and sweets, but no yogurt of any kind. There is cereal which I guess we are to put in milk instead. Cheese and ham, but no white meat option. There are no tags explaining what is what which would be helpful honestly. I’m guessing no gluten free options for those wanting… All in all, it’s not a bad place to stay. Not at all. But I wouldn’t call it more than average, and I’ve had average that were better honestly. While it looks like 5 stars, it ended up being an average 3 star stay for us. They do have a very nice pool, and that was the best thing about our stay.
