My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days.
Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes I gave up
I also forgot something in the room and called them. Again, 5-7 minutes of transferring me from one person to another until someone with decent English answered. I’d expect an hotel in the center of São Paulo to have the staff that speaks English if they interact with guests.
Overall, expensive yet disappointing experience

The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.
