首先通過4.6的評分選擇了這個酒店，優勢在於距離狸小路跟地鐵口確實很近，但對於親子的話這不重要，而且周邊全是酒店。現在開始説不好，第一，前台英語水平一般，而且不夠專業。第二，酒店價格存在明顯的差價，雖然平台最後處理了，但我不知道問題出在店裡還是平台。第三，房間廁所一進門有股很大的騷臭味，讓人無法忍受，開始我説就湊合用吧，後來實在無法容忍去找前台，前台一個小卷發男士拿着一瓶空氣清新劑類似的東西就上去了，進了房間告訴我所有房間廁所都這個問，搞笑死了。我説我去別的沒有客人的房間聞聞，如果都這個味道就算了，如果別的房間沒有味道幫我換一個，甚至補差價都是可以的，他以房間滿員拒絕了我。滑稽的一幕是我上平台看是發現相同的房間竟以低於我預訂時將近100元人民幣的價格在出售。很氣憤。所以他們的服務可想而知。第四，平台寫的近兩年剛開業，但設施老化嚴重，明顯可以感覺中間衹是轉手新開的，而不是真正意義新的酒店。如果你不在乎像開盲盒一樣的有着尿騷味以及酒店預訂差價的風險，那麼請選擇這家酒店。對了，浴缸裏有 頭髮，衞生極差。I initially chose this hotel based on its 4.6 rating. At first, I said I'd just make do, but I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the front desk. A young man with curly hair came up with something like an air freshener, entered the room, and told me all the bathrooms had the same smell – ridiculous! I said I'd smell other unoccupied rooms; if they all smelled the same, I'd let it go, but if other rooms didn't smell, I'd be willing to change to a different one, or even pay the difference. He refused, saying the room was full. The ironic thing was that when I checked the platform, I found the same room being sold for almost 100 RMB less than what I booked. I was furious. So, you can imagine how poor their service was. Fourth, the platform states it opened within the last two years, but the facilities are severely outdated. It's obvious that it was just recently opened after being sold, not a truly new hotel. If you don't mind the risk of encountering a urine-smelling hotel （like opening a blind box） and the price difference when booking, then choose this hotel. By the way, there was hair in the bathtub; the hygiene was extremely poor.
