聖塔誇蘭塔尊貴度假村(Santa Quaranta Premium Resort)

We stayed a week at this beautiful resort at end of May. May is still a low season for Albania which meant that we had both sides of the coin. In general, we enjoyed the fact that there were not so much people meaning no yelling families or children. We got to choose the best spots at the pool or beach and same case was at the near Ksamil area (which I recommend to visit for sure, awesome beaches). However, this also meant that many places were still not open and when we wanted to party we couldnt find any (expect on saturdays when locals were partying too). The food in general was not great in Albania so dont come here if fancy food is something u are looking for. Breakfast OKish but annoying to have cold food (eggs / sausages etc) when coming ”late” to eat. We had menu dinner selected for the week and the food quality variated a lot and repeated itself, lots of room for improvement. Young locals speak english pretty well, elders not. Positives: - Last week of may is still low season for Albania which resulted a low amount of people and lots of space at the pool and beach - Own pool and two beaches - Resort area was great with beautiful views - Awesome time to relax without lots of people - No children due to low season - Low prices (about half of the price level of Finland) - Renting a scooter (20e a day) is super recommended, 20mins drive to Ksamil with super beaches. Visited also Blue Eye (local spring in small amazon) which is recommened to visit also 40mins drive. Negatives: - Low season at the hotel meant that the pool bar was not open - Low season at the hotel resulted that the beach bar was not open (looked to be great place for music and partying if it was open) - Food in the dinner menu was repeating itself - Quality of food variated alot. - Poor Wifi - Breakfast not ideal - No partying due to low season Even if there were lots of negatives, overall positive experience for us due to low amount of people and super beautiful place.

Un resort nel vero senso della parola, spiaggia ampia e privata, piscina favolosa. Colazione ampia, varia e di qualita' posizione leggermente defilata, ma parcheggio ampio e disponibile, che a Saranda non e' cosa da poco. Stanza ampia e bellissima, con vista stupenda, unica pecca la doccia senza sportello ci costringeva ad allagare il bagno ogni volta. Personale gentile e preparato e qui contrariamente ad altre situazioni c'e' chi parla italiano, anzi colgo l'occasione per ringraziare la bravissima Zelda per averci consigliato e seguito ogni volta ch le e' stato chiesto. Consigliatissimo per rapporto qualita' prezzo.

“Unica spiaggia” di Saranda, gestita malissimo, sporchissima da non poter camminare a piedi nudi. Personale molto arrogante e scortese, come tutti gli albanesi del resto. Siamo stati più di 20 minuti ad aspettare qualche ragazzo che ci accompagnasse all’ombrellone, per poi fare da noi. Puzza terribile per l’itera giornata, infatti alle 15 siamo andati via perché non ce la facevamo più di respirare quella puzza. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente.

Listed as 5 star but no where near that rating from me Great room with great Veiw Disappointingly no tea or coffee supplied In premium rate room Did arrive after request made at front desk after day 3 Breakfast average and served up at once hence cold eggs if you arrived later Staff at breakfast did not have a clue about customer service in a 5 star hotel and his out of site unless collection of waste and plates Probably paid very little so can understand why such poor service Never tried dinner or lunch so can’t comment , but no where any where to encourage guests to stay and eat The hotel is very clean and female staff kept busy cleaning all day I am aware that this is probably one of the best hotels in area , but be aware not good customer service A disappoin**ent as was looking forward I suppose if you pay your staff low wages then they won’t get the training to supply the service expected in such a resort

Very friendly service, a lot of staff to take care of your every request. Small shops and good restaurants only 5 min by foot from the hotel. Hotel also has it’s own restaurant and bar. Family friendly.

Il personale molto scortese, ci hanno fatto alzare dal tavolo perché avevamo un barboncino toy che se ne stava sdraiato in tranquillità. Non c’era nessuno e non davamo fastidio e in più non c’era nessun cartello con vietato ai cani. Pessimi veramente scortesi! Mai più.

Sono stato in questa struttura per cena ,Tutto ottimo, prezzi un po sopra la media,per essere in Albania Do quattro stelle solo perché una volta arrivato il momento di pagare mi ha dato fastidio l'insistenza del cameriere per ricevere la mancia

Posto da favola. Camere bellissime con una vista incantevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa la piscina, non c'è il minimo rispetto delle norme basilari di igiene e sicurezza: non si usa la cuffia, non vi è una doccia e non ho visto nessun bagnino a bordo piscina.

Perfect view and normal price.The staff was friendly.They had a beach and e full bar.i love and I'm gonna come back.Thank you for making my holidays perfect.I recommended at everyone this perfect resort to visit becouse it's more than perfect
