Partiamo dall entrata che è scomodissima ed è stato difficile trovarlo senza internet...colazione solo salata e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di farci trovare qualcosa di dolce quindi noi non abbiamo fatto colazione,pulizia proprio NO,il personale lo trovi solo seduto al ba. Non è assolutamente un hotel a 4 stelle

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel !!! Personnel peu accueillant et peu serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est mauvais, les boissons chaudes sont payantes. Ne pas se fier aux photos diffusées, la plage est pas propre, les transats double sont payants même pour les clients de l'hôtel. Pour le prix payé cet hôtel ne vaut pas la peine. Je ne recommande pas.

Traumhaft ,so ein Schatz ist hier gewesen . Ein schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Der Besitzer und das Personal sind so wundervoll, dass wir uns wie in einer Familie fühlten. Die Umgebung ist sehr entspannend. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich. . . Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Strand und Hotelgäste sind mit Sonnenliegen willkommen. Sie waren hilfreich bei Fragen zu Aktivitäten, Standorten und Taxis. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen??

Siamo rimasti colpiti da questa struttura in riva al mare, dal ristorante con terrazza dove ci hanno servito ottimi cibi, dalla pulizia, dall'accoglienza e dalla cortesia dello staff. Le stanze ottime e molto pulite. Colazione super! Assolutamente da ritornarci

Rooms are modern and comfortable. Food is fantastic. Views are incredible. Best deal for the money in Sarande. Family run and you are made to feel part of the family during your stay. Dined at some of the highest rated restaurants in Sarande and preferred the food at Hotel Joni.

Went to this hotel after a friend recommending this stunning place! I can honestly say I will definitely be returning next year, the staff can not help you enough and really make the experience! The food in the restaurant is just as beautiful as the view too!! I’ve told all my friends/family to come here too as I know they’ll love it just as much as me, my husband and daughter did. Also can I just say that boat trip they took us on was beautiful!

Came here with my husband for some end of summer sun. This is my second time visiting Sarande and definitely my favourite! It is a family run hotel and restaurant. They made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and the view of corfu was exceptional from the room and beach. The boat trip Jason took us on was the highlight for us.

Never again. Don't make the mistake of booking there. I booked 3 months ago. 2 days before arrival I asked again if everything was OK with the booking, I got the confirmation. On arrival I was told there was no reservation. Very arrogant and irresponsible. We were 2 families, had a long drive before and then had to find a new solution which cost us more and less days than planned.

It's by far the worst experience I've ever had. Low-cost hotel that : - plays loud music until 2am, preventing you from sleeping, - charges you extra if you want to use the deckchairs in front of the sea, - puts you in a room with a wall view when you've paid a supplement for a sea view, - overbooks and changes your room, knowing that it's still not what you paid for, - the beach in front is made of large pebbles, not sand. Breakfast is bad, and again, if you want a real coffee, you'll have to pay extra. A word of advice: don't go there.

Like most people my friend and I read the reviews of this hotel, and although it is a bit out of the main area we booked due to the high ratings and photographs of the rooms. We arrived around 5pm. No one was at reception, so we waiting a while and another guest walked past and said ‘she’ll be in the bar’ my friend walked down to the hotels bar to get her and to check in. This became a regular thing. The reception was left unattended most of the time as the receptionist was sitting with friend in the bar, with not even a view of the desk. Got to the room, we booked a superior twin. It was a triple, tiny room that was dirty, there was things stuck to the wall in the bathroom with silicon. So we asked if it was the room we had booked she said no and gave us another key. Still not the room we had booked but it was at least a bit better than the first. The balcony had wooden dining room chairs to sit on, so unless you fancy eating your dinner on the balcony I didn’t understand that. The air conditioning unit was held up with a coat hanger. The plug sockets didn’t work properly, the lights on the wall looked like they were ready to fall off. I’m not sure about the cleaning, we were only there 3 nights. The bin was emptied. And the second day we got toiletries, well 4 mini bars of soap. The breakfast isn’t great, we struggled with it. Not a lot to choose from and a very random selection. We are both non fussy eaters and we struggled with it. The pool in the pictures is lovely however it’s next doors hotels pool, so it gets busy with two hotels worth of people at it. To get to it we had to climb up a wall, unsure if there was another way into it. If I had booked this hotel and it was £30-50 a night. I wouldn’t be too bothered you usually get what you pay for. But for £300 for 3 nights, it’s expensive in any standards for what it is. There was a girl who worked In reception during the day I believe younger girl with curly hair, sorry didn’t catch the name. She was lovely. Helpful, happy and was always there in the mornings. So for a long winded review I think this hotel has great potential, the beach and water are stunning and the views are great. It’s just lacking at the moment

Kompleks Joni Negative: There is a DJ playing club music all day in the restaurant, and there are speakers mounted at the beach area, making it difficult to have a conversation with the person next to you. Despite several attempts to have the volume reduced, the music continued at an intolerable level. Further, we were informed that we were not allowed to bring any food or beverages to the room or the beach. This was stated in the hotel rules found in the room. These rules also said that smoking was prohibited in all public areas, but that by was apparently not important to enforce, so many guests were smoking in the breakfast restaurant. When we asked if we could bring food to the room for a trip the next day, this was rejected in a very disrespectful tone. Apparently the refrigerator inside the room was for water bottles only. The prices for food and drinks are higher than in other restaurants in Saranda and Ksamil. The room had no place to put the suitcases, and the closet contained only 5 hangers. No hooks to hang clothes. The drainage for the air conditioner was not connected to any outlet, only to a bottle that had to be emptied very often. Breakfast was all from perfect to catastrophic. It seems that the management is not capable of planning their staff properly based on the number of guests. Positive: Nice staff, especially the poor man serving the breakfast. He is left alone with all the tables, but is always smiling and asking if there is anything he can do to help. Obviously there were other people from the staff available who could assist him in the most hectic period, but that seldom happened. The young girl in the reception was always attentive and smiling. The room and the public area are always kept clean. Location very close to the water. All in all, I will not recommend this hotel or beach for anyone who prefers to have a good vacation with quiet and relaxing. If you enjoy club parties and don’t care about value for money, then go ahead.

100% recommend staying here! A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location. The owner and staff are so wonderful, they made us feel like family. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious ... The hotel has its own beach and hotel guests are welcome with sunbeds. They were helpful with questions about activities, locations, and taxis. We would definitely go back☺️

Service at this Hotel is above and beyond! 5/5 🌟 I traveled together with my grandmother & everybody working at Hotel Joni did everything they could to make this trip as comfortable and accessible as possible for us. (My grandmother has some problems with her spine but she wasn’t effected at all because of the amount of help we received. From car rides up the hill & into the center, to guiding us where to go & what to do.) Jason & the whole crew truly put all of their heart into doing the most for their customers. The amount of love and generosity is overwhelming. “This was the best experience of my life.” -Birgitta, 82 years old. We truly couldn’t have had a better holiday and first experience of Albania. I would rate my stay a 5 the hotel is beautiful and so clean. It is very well looked after and ran by Jason and his Family. I could not thank them enough for looking after me and being so helpful on my stay. The food was great and the beach is incredible and everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
