I was a little disappointed. Overall, the room was nice. However, the bathroom needed some TLC along with some maintenance issues. The handle to the door of the patio only had one screw and it was loose. The bathroom didn't have a functioning exhaust fan. When the mirror all steamed up, I took a wash cloth to wipe it down. There was a ton of dust on the top of the mirror frame and the glass was all dirty. The shower curtain rod was just straight instead of one of the curved ones, so it felt very tiny. Also, there was no way to just turn on the fan in the HVAC unit. We had a street side room and I would have liked to drown out some of the road noise.

Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and management claimed it was already morning so the fact we had to wait in lobby for 45 minutes in our pajamas with 100s of other guests should not have been an inconvenience. Management texted us that we should have been relieved to know the fire alarms work.

Our two night stay at the Hilton Saratoga Springs was wonderful. It is in close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, although the bathroom could use a slight upgrade. The staff was courteous and attentive. I enjoyed the pool and outside grounds. I also could not believe Axl Rose also stayed in the hotel. Awesome!

my girlfriend and I stayed at your Hilton about a year and half ago-a very drunken man slept at our door literally and snoring for quite some time, and your manager said it happens all he time!! Really-We gave Hilton another chance and came back toHilton- checked in room and room was changed without any notification until went to front desk to see why we couldn't get into our room-all our items were removed to front desk out in the open -they said was room had a leak- there was no room leak when we were in there foe a a couple of hours before heading out .how would they know ? !,very strange and odd, .THey should have called us to notify us of this, we paid a fortune for 2 nights stay for we couldn't get the standard room and didn't appreciate another occurrence and Not even an effort again was made for the inconvenience to rectify either situation. Hilton is a disappointment . Management does not make an effort or show concern of this situation and take takes very lightly. as a hotel guest this is not acceptable.Very Disappointed .

The location is great, very easy to walk to town. There was a terrible smell of mildew in the hallway by the elevator. Place was mid at best. We definitely overpaid for a very basic room.

If you want a place to stay that’s comfortable and walking distance to most everything, this is the place.

To start, the staff was excellent (except for one person I'll explain in a minute)--very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast at the Bistro (great staff but overpriced mediocre food agreed upon by my entire party--we would have been better off going to a local diner). Then we got to our room, opened the door to encounter a musty smelling room with VERY little extras--no water bottles or tea or types of sweeteners for our tiny coffee cups. The view of the air conditioner units didn't help either. Yes, these are minor complaints, but for $368 a night, I expected more. The most annoying part was in the morning, I went to the lobby for a real coffee which cost $3 (again, I've been to much-less expensive hotels, and there was always free coffee in the morning). I finished it there, and before I went back to my room, I went to refill my paper cup, and the woman at the check in desk asked me what my room number was (with the intent to charge me), and I said, 'Oh, I'm just refilling the coffee cup I already bought.' And she coldly responded, 'It's still $3 a cup.' SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? I handed her cash without a word or smile, but I should have just left the cup on the counter. This hotel was NOT worth the price I paid, and I would not recommend it.
