薩拉託加温泉羅斯福套房酒店(Roosevelt Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs)

Staff friendly- property is very dated. Carpeting all throughout has a smell that reminds me of my grandmother’s house. The furniture is in very rough condition. My daughters did not even want to sit on couch- never mind pull it out to sleep on it. The “heated” pool was NOT heated at all. Thankfully, the jacuzzi was heated but did not have whirlpool jets. *They were doing work on flooring, but a whole entire renovation should be done.

Room was freshly updated and clean. The hotel is remodeling the rooms. It was very quiet and beds were comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. Continental breakfast was ok and didn’t have many choices but what was offered tasted great.

Endroit calme, service agréable et de qualité. En revanche, le ménage dans notre chambre était insuffisant.

The night staff guy is pretty rude, but he could've just had an off night. The room was awesome! Had to call the service desk from my personal phone because the phone didnt call out which i find odd. had a jacuzzi! Hot tub was nice and clean. Spa facilities were awesome. Couple things like an ice machine and vending were broken. Wehad a very nice stay all around though, cozy and old fashioned

I knew it was a cheap hotel, but I expect clean sheets and towels. Bed spread had stains and towels were not fresh.

This property is a decent distance outside of Saratoga Springs proper, and even from the park itself. It's a motel at best. While my room was no smoking, it had a musty, smoking scent to it. There were only three or so rooms booked in the bank of rooms facing the road, and they placed us all together, so I could hear the race fans who were tailgating outside my window.

The room smelt of cleaning materials covering up cigarette smell had to have the windows open all night in the winter to air the place out

Upon check in guy behind the counter was rude.. i asked him questions and he had zero clue about anything. Got to the room and it smelled like a swamp, had to clean the shower when i stepped in it it was soft and felt like i was going to fall through it. If i wasn’t running late for my event i would’ve went some place different
