舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

When we here was a bit of a wait to get registered. The room was nice and very clean. It contained a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. However, it did not contain a phone book. Free wifi was available for the guest. The room did not contain a bath mat the tub, although a fair size, was quite slippery. I slipped twice while trying to shower. They provided breakfast which had a wide variety of good food. The hotel is pet friendly, it is my suggestion if you dont like pets go elsewhere. It is pet friendly that should indicate something. It was a fantastic place to stay over all.

There was not any coffee or coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was Ok however the same housekeeper for cleaner was putting the bread into the boxes without using any gloves.

It is warm and cozy and rather clean, but there's no indoor parking for winters and no close by restaurants.

Ripped carpet, bathroom sink would not drain,bed cover stained and dirty,curtains did not cover the whole window.

The suite did not have any heat. When I asked about it, the gentleman at the front desk told me to turn it on. Meanwhile the unit doesn't have an on/off button. He said he couldn't switch me rooms and they were all reserved, but the hotel parking lot had very little vehicles parked and it was super quiet.

Registration was quick and easy. The hotel is in light industry area so you get what you pay for.

They didn’t even do housekeeping on our room. I did call the front desk and she commits that someone will come up and clean our room we stayed there 3 nights no cleaning. My experience was not good.

I enjoyed the breakfast that was served but was extremely disappointed that they refused to give my damage deposit back. The toilet flooded and we fixed that. There was a bit of a mess in the toilet bowl which we did not have the cleaning tools or supplies to clean ourselves.. so they figured that cleaning the toilet bowl costs 100$. Totally took advantage of it and screwed us over. Never renting a room from there again.

Room was dirty, needs upgrading badly. Blood stained duvet, found item on floor so definitely was not vacuumed well. Requested items to be fixed, replaced. Maintenance indicated nothing wrong in the room. Room not stocked with supplies, needed to call front desk first night of stay to provide toilet paper of all things. Food cold, Coffee was Good!
