Good hotel

We had booked a while back and when we checked in the pool was not working due to maintenance. I cancelled because I was not notified it was not in use and that was the whole reason for staying. We ended up going to another hotel and no refund for my cancellation. This time the elevator was not in use. Kind of a pain to have to go up the stairs to the waterslide to get to your room and no main floor access to the hotel. It is what it is lol and this time I was notified about the elevator, but would have been nice to have a main level entry way to the hotel. It won’t deter me from coming again though because it was still a good time.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the river. Dining options around the hotel were great. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice as well. The hotel was fully booked for our stay. So facilities were busy. We were surprised by the $17 parking charge for one night. We would stay again.

Our stay at Saskatoon downtown was fantastic. Great access to Rockin The River and Car Show. Room was great and view was amazing. Great atmosphere for a fun filled weekend trip.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our king room wasn’t ready at check in time. But the manager gave us a queen room and a 60$ voucher for the restaurant. We were happy with that.

Hotel interior is clean but sketchy people sleeping on the streets 2 blocks away from hotel. Felt unsafe when stepping outside. Need more security around hotel property.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff was awesome and even treated us great when we were a bit stumbly at 2am and wanting snacks from the front. To top it off, the beds were super comfortable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our one-night stay very much. The only concerns we had were that 1. the elevator from the top of the waterslide to the pool deck did not work. This was an issue for me because of my reduced mobility. 2. We could not find an ice machine. Otherwise, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were great. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was also excellent.
