We stayed in a family villa at the Mountain resort for 5 nights april 2023 It needed an update so much, several things were broken There was no cleaning the room except clean towels. The staff couldn't speak English, the service was not existing, except the driver of the shuttlebus, which were a gigant plus as the hotel only served breakfast and not a very good one. Breakfast was served in a very big room looking like a school cafeteria or institution So many Chinese people that it sounded like a beehive The hotel is located on a mountain, and the stairs are absolutely not for elderly or handicaped people There are no security guards at the hotel or by the pool. The 2 stores high villas has a fence, that is not secured at all, children could easily fall down Plusside must be the beautiful view, the large pool, the showers with lots of hot water, the shuttlebus and driver and very good internet. Best beach is located just around the corner at the Zodiac hotel 50 meters from Mountain resort. The beaches are dirty with lots of plastic and garbage because there are no garbage bins to be found at all Very nice to have seen Koh Lipe, but not for us again.

Über die unglaublich überfüllte Insel kann man geteilter Meinung sein. Uns gefällt es nicht. Andere mögen diesen Trubel vielleicht. Das Resort liegt unmittelbar am Strand, der Ausblick fällt auf einen Bootsparkplatz. Sieht aus wie bei Aldi am Freitag Nachmittag. Nur mit Booten. Permanenter Lärm von den höllisch lauten Booten, dauerhafter Gestank von den Abgasen. Rauchschwaden ziehen übers Wasser. Wenn dann noch das Müllschiff direkt neben an liegt, wird der Geruch noch spannender. Auch lösen sich Plastikabfälle vom Schiff, die dann im Wasser sind. Das Resort ist über eine zugemüllte, schmutzige und unordentliche Zufahrt zu erreichen. Das Personal lächelt freundlich, ist sonst aber hilflos bis unwillig. Kleidung zur Wäsche abholen, ging nicht. Zurückbringen auch nicht. Frühstück unzureichend, Kaffee ungenießbar, so dass wir gegen Bezahlung Kaffee von der Bar zum Frühstück nahmen. Die Bungalows mit Seeblick sind von der Größe ok. Es wird (unzureichend) gereinigt. Der Fußboden (PVC) ist zerrissen und hat Löcher. Das Badezimmer hat nur eine dunkele Leuchte. Die Tür ist nur 1,70m hoch. Also bücken beim Reinkriechen. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Es tropft aber Kondenzwasser auf die Anlage darunter. Das Verhältnis zwischen Kosten und Leistung passt überhaupt nicht.

Nous avons s'éjourné 3 jours à cet hôtel. Situé au milieu de l'île, c'est un hôtel récent très bien entretenu et tranquille tout en étant près de l'action. Nous trouvions les matelas dur, mais on s'y est habitué. Petite piscine agréable. Le coffret de sureté, clim, produits de toilettes, et bouteilles d'eau sont fourmis.les points négatifs, télé seulement des chaines en Thaïe, et obligé de se rebrancher au wifi à chaque fois

我們在網站上呆着,我們還要呆6天,我得說我們的選擇真的很!大、乾淨舒適的房間,人和有能力的工作人員,準備滿足我們從迴歸預訂到指示的任何事物的要求。該設施提供從TukTuk到房間的許多服務他們總是乾淨整齊的。早餐是亞洲和大陸的,也許我們意大利人會喜歡一些,但它很好,適應它,海灘上的餐廳爲美好的水果做飲料,如果你不想走遠,菜也很好。在島上最美麗的海灘之處,我覺得我建議它。

總體來說酒店還可以。工作人員也還可以。只有一個會說英語的女士工作人員。這不是問題,還可以使用電話翻譯。房間很大很寬敞,朝山的景色非常好。除了淋浴,房間什麼都可以。他們應該做一些淋浴。吹風機很好。早餐可以從酒店對面的一家商店(出來左拐過街)獲得,離酒店只有幾家商店,賣非常好的雞肉木塔巴克,還有香蕉羅蒂卡奈雞蛋。酒店的位置是完美的。酒店後面有充足的停車場。從停車場有酒店入口。右邊酒店旁邊還有一個迷你集市。總體會推薦這家酒店。

NIce簡單的住宿地點在Satun。乾淨的房間和工作人員很友好。通過Tuk Tuk免費交通到最近的長途汽車總站。附近有不錯的咖啡店和體面的當地食物。我實際上在離酒店幾米的亞馬遜商店裏遇到了一些英語老師。

訪訪客從下了船，酒店就有專人來碼頭接，幫拿行李，長尾船把我們送到酒店，每一位工作人員都熱情親切的和我們打招呼，一杯冰冰涼的椰子水遞上來，瞬間暑氣全消，心情也甜甜的，酒店的工作人員耐心的給我們講解酒店設施情況，周圍的海灘分佈，以及早餐時間，下午茶時間等等，總之非常熱情耐心，酒店的早餐很好吃，在酒店餐廳吃早餐簡直是一種享受，每一位工作人員都會跟你説morning，面朝大海，坐在這裏吃飯心情會非常愉悦，房間是依山而建的小木屋，裏面設施齊全，每間房都有一個露台，可以坐在露台上喝着咖啡看大海，就是蚊子有點多，需要噴防蚊液，但房間有提供電子蚊香，酒店還養了一衹黑色的狗狗，每天都會在沙灘上玩、曬太陽、睡覺，這裏的一切都給我們留下了美好的回憶

但是泳池房挺出片
衞生：衞士房間裏可以，露天泳池避免不了很多螞蟻 ，在泳池旁吃飯也有很多蒼蠅
這酒店感覺住的人很少，音響都積灰了
服務：當時定的結婚紀念日，確實也給佈置了，但是這麼貴的酒店，放在床上佈置的帽子竟然不是送的，沙灘包也需要購買，再退房時確實心裏不舒服，酒水零食吧也是收費的，這個價位這麼小氣的酒店，確實不多見
但是酒店有自己的APP 所有活動，有需求都可以提
房間雖然是獨棟 但是相隔很近，晚上在泳池玩鬧就會影響到其他房間的人，不讓你玩，這也是非常掃興的，總體來説性價比不高吧，就是拍拍照片

訪訪客I really don’t understand why the reviews for this place are so good. It is SO LOUD all the time! Not relaxing at all. The beach would be lovely if the water wasn’t crowded with a fleet of diesel water taxi boats all the time that sound like Volkswagens with no muffler. Just running all day. And the beachfront restaurant would be nice if not for the boats and the screaming children running around and wailing babies everywhere. Like being in a daycare center. It was wild. Our room was no better. Surrounded by dirt paths and with walls like wood mini blinds, you hear all the motos and Tuk Tuk’s blasting by at all hours, families walking by yelling with kids and babies wailing away, like they were in the room with you. Sit on your nice private veranda and everyone down there on the paths is literally staring up at you like you’re television. No privacy or relaxation anywhere here. Biting bugs massacred us in our sleep, despite the mosquito net. The veranda doors have no screens, but try closing them to sleep and you’ll feel like one of those wailing babies forgotten in a hot car. The one awesome thing about the permeable walls was that I had a cute frog buddy in the shower!! He enjoyed the cold water (there is no hot water) more than I did, and that did make it worthwhile. The servers were nice in the restaurant, the food was fine, the guys in the equipment rental section were wonderful. We enjoyed renting a kayak and also going snorkeling. The young European woman who checked us in tho was so off-putting. She really treated us like she was annoyed we were there and had better things she needed to rush off to. Thankfully she seemed only to be working check in. I was so confused when we arrived, because the vibe of the place is just not what I expected from the website or the reviews. The only buzz word I’d agree with them on is “rustic”. I literally checked my emails thinking we must be in the wrong place. Chic? No. Relaxing? No.

Ppiasuree絕對驚人的位置。我們住在海濱平房,寬敞,乾淨,舒適的牀,房間裏的一切超出了我們需要。室內淋浴和室外淋浴,分開的門進入房間,穿過前門,另一個直接進入浴室(以防我們從游泳進來,渾身溼透,滿是沙子),所以我們沒有弄髒我們的房間。入住時,冷毛巾和新鮮的歡迎飲料,前台工作人員彬彬有禮,友好。當我們進入房間時,有一些香味使我們感到放鬆。早餐很棒,很多泰國食物的選擇,每天都會改變。員工們竭盡全力讓我們感到舒適和賓至如歸。酒店前面的海灘很漂亮,安靜,我們可以在那裏游泳和浮潛。步行街就在附近,我們每天都步行到那裏,有時只是爲了喝冰茶和泰國薄餅(泰國香蕉羅蒂)。乘船旅行,值得一遊!絕對推薦這家酒店!員工是最好的!

訪訪客最後一分鐘決定來科利佩,價格看起來不錯,在另一個旅遊網站上有好評,所以我決定給它一個晚上,然後弄清楚接下來要做什麼。我本來會呆更長的時間,但另一個很難預訂的度假村開放了。我決定延長我的島嶼訪問,最後一天回到這裏。一切都看起來很新,乾淨的入住是微風。我訂了一間有空調的平房,有一個小甲板,有桌子和椅子加上吊牀來放鬆。你確實要沿着海灘走才能到這裏。步行幾分鐘就到步行街入口,那裏大部分船隻都下車。在沙灘上,有餐館和酒吧,步行更短(猴子酒吧每天都有火舞表演)我唯一的抱怨是電源插頭不在牀旁邊,因爲我在這裏是一個圍圈。這真的不是人們去上班的地方,所以對大多數人來說無關緊要,但我想我會把它叫出來。我懷疑這是根據agoda上的照片。

訪訪客酒店很不錯，在步行街尾巴上不遠處，住宿比較安靜，離sunrise beach最多5分鐘步行路程，鬧中取靜。酒店帶一個小泳池，小朋友們可以嘻嘻。
酒店唯一的不足就是早餐顯得簡單了點，麪條、炒飯、煎蛋、pancake,烤麪包，飲料為咖啡、橙汁，水果衹有西瓜和菠蘿，就衹有這些了。
衹要能接受這個早餐，那其他的住宿情況都是很棒的。

訪訪客We booked to stay in a fan cottage for 3 nights via the hotel’s own website which had a rate of 900THB per night which seemed better than that on booking engines. First impressions were that it’s a large ‘resort’ right on the beach next to where the speedboat ferries dock and adjacent to Walking Street which is 5 minutes walk away (though we heard no noise from it). There are a range of rooms- cottages with a/c and a block of rooms which also had a/c. There are about a dozen fan only cottages at the rear of the complex. Ours was rustic but clean with intact insect screens and a large bed. The bathroom was half open which was good for drying towels etc. All cottages have a balcony, ours was shaded by trees which kept the room cool though the fan worked well too and we actually slept better than we had in a/c rooms. Only downside to the room was no fridge. It had an old fashioned TV but who watches TV anyway on a Thai island?! Breakfast was included in the price- buffet style with Thai and western dishes. It was nothing special but eatable and enough to put you on until lunch. We liked Ko Lipe and were happy with the room so decided to stay for an extra 2 nights and that’s where we had problems. Again we booked on the hotel website and received a confirmation. We then received an email in broken English which we interpreted as saying the fan bungalows were all full and we would be ‘upgraded’ to an a/c room. We replied that we were already in the room so it would make more sense to upgrade someone else. After getting no response we attempted to clarify the situation with reception. I don’t speak Thai so can’t criticise people for not speaking a foreign language but when dealing with mostly European guests you would expect at least one member of staff to have the basics of English. Unfortunately not. We ended up in a confusion of Google translate messages with a teenage girl who was clearly sick (coughing, sneezing, red eyes and nose) and shouldn’t have been at work. I ended up speaking to ‘a manager’ on the mainland by phone but still couldn’t get any sense from them. Eventually we resorted to replying by email and were eventually told we could stay in the same room. You can go into any tour operator on Walking Street and find staff who speak excellent English. Why the hotel are unable to find staff with foreign language skills is beyond me. My guess is they are employing cheap intern labour from mainland tourism schools which is fine for basic check in and out but they should have at least one person who can communicate with guests if there’s a problem. The majority of rooms seemed empty when we stayed, the exception being the fan rooms which were very good value and always seemed booked out. Maybe the hotel could look at a way of turning off the a/c in some of the bungalows and selling them at a fan room rate? In summary, we were happy with the location of the hotel, the facilities and the room. The stay was spoilt somewhat by a disorgan
