Hotel was overall very nice and inviting, but our room seemed a little beat up. Trim and pain was chipped, drywall by the blinds was damaged, tub drain plug was broken, minor details but noticeable. This did not affect our stay, but the hotel is starting to show it’s age.

Anytime there’s construction, there’s a less-than great experience. There’s obstacles, restaurant menu limited to snacks, additional noise, etc. The customer service though was still 100% Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel. Cool, spacious rooms. Cook-to-order breakfast. Full-service bar. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, close to downtown Holland. Staff was great and clean rooms.

Except for construction around the hotel making access to the parking lot limited (beyond the control of the hotel) everything was great. Very clean room. Layout was a little odd but interesting.

It was a great place to stay to enjoy the Holland nightlife. All the good restaurants and shopping was within walking distance of the hotel. I was very happy!!

The stay was overall good. Nice clean room and hotel. Was disappointed the bar/restaurant was closed for one of the days we were there. Had planned to stay in and have dinner but instead was unable to enjoy the “amenities offered” such as dining in/room service

When we checked in, there was a sour smell out of the elevator. Then we had no hot water at any of the faucets (we checked on before we got into the shower). In the second room, we found broken glass in the shower (no go obviously). We found no other problems with broken glass or hot water (or cleaniless fine), but the shower water pressure was just enough satisfy my wife and me. We when we complained to the desk, she said she couldn't anything with the price (no deluxe room which we ordered) because of the third party was in involved. We will talk DIRECTLY to the hotel in the future.
