松樹林汽車旅館(Pine Grove Motel)

Alain was amazing. We were driving from Thunder Bay to Sault Ste Marie and was stuck in traffic on Highway 17 due to forest fires (highway was closed for several hours). We got to Sault Ste Marie very late and Alain stayed late to make sure we were able to check into our room. My cell phone didn’t have signal and Alain wasn’t able to contact me to ask if we were still planning to show up. We were so grateful when we showed up and he was still there.

Accueil fort sympathique de notre hôtelier francophone. Motel simple, sans prétentions, mais propre et calme la nuit malgré la transcanadienne. A la prochaine!

Endroit bien tenue. Une des meilleures locations à date. Propriétaire accueillant et serviable. Je recommande cette établissement lorsque vous passez dans la région. Merci de votre accueil

There was a hidden cost that they don’t tell you upon arrival, they don’t tell you details about the free wifi and couldn’t get on with the password with posted on the wall, neighbours were noisy and loud, poor lighting in the room, and the pillows were hard not comfy to sleep on.

Very clean and practical spot. Very quiet too. I would definitely recommend it

Was a quick overnight stop on my trip. Was late fall, think it would be really nice in the summer.

Very nice old school motel that has been well renovated. Good beds, linens and towels. Only complaint was the shower was weak and water not hot enough but the owner already advised and will fix it. Great value.

We took the Agawa Train tour and stayed two nights here. It was comfortable, clean and a good bargain. No complaints.

This a nice little motel that offers clean, well kept room for a reasonable price. No frills, no breakfast, no bells and whistles. Recently painted and very clean. One needs to travel into town for food, but great stuff is within a few miles. Kinda retro in some ways but enjoyable
