房型定的不好，一張1.5米小床，房間也小，窗户不能打開，適合一個人

A very good hotel, the location is moderate, although the foreign hotel services are more self-service, but your room is very clean, the breakfast is also good, I think I will stay here again next time I come here, but maybe I only I can book on holidayinn, if it’s not me, I won’t get holidayinn member points 😂

Very disappointed right from the start. Was charged 5 dollars plus tax for parking ($5.65 in total). There is no need to charge for parking. This is not in a busy downtown location. This is not a common practice in the area. Book at other hotels. They are just as nice and don’t charge for parking.

Chris at the front desk was amazing. He was super helpful with everything and also arranged us a late check out. The property was clean and the bed were super comfy. Thanks for your hospitality. Would surely stay there again.

Disappointed at checkin that front desk didn’t have ******* reservations in their system for 2 rooms for 2 nights - had to show ******* reservation to get second room - front desk asked why my second reservation was under my last name, first name ( said ******* does this all the time) which caused the Hotel front desk the confusion. Also front desk had obvious coughing / illness which made me uncomfortable

Arrived late in the night, there was nowhere to park the car, I was told I can park in the back in super weird spot and on top of this you have to pay for the parking, very disappointed no chance I will use this place again, breakfast lady was super rude I asked if there is more apple juice the answer was no without even checking, afterwards guy can't remember his name brought us the juce !

The room was ok, but there was a little bit of carpet smell. It has a small fridge which is practical if you spend few days and prepare lunch picnics. Shower and bathroom are clean. The hotel is located in the old downtown of Sault Ste Marie, which is a dead area. Many shops and restaurants are deserted and others close very early. It is close to boardwalk which is also pleasant. You have to pay for the parking a daily fee.

Despite seemingly few guest, we were given a room right off the lobby and heard every guest checking in. Way too loud.

Property was under construction. Very noisy, very early in the morning. Staff was not accommodating to our group AT ALL

Was on floor 3, and athletic teams were in the hallway for hours very late being loud

There was lack of parking, charge for parking, and we were told to make sure to take all valuables out of my vehicle so it made me not feel safe to stay there

The living room area was great, so spacious . So nice to relax and watch tv on a sofa instead of a bed. Enjoyed the jet tub as well. I think I’m hooked on a suite
