Un accueil parfait La chambre était très grande, très bien aménagée. Literie super confortable et oreillers moelleux. La salle d'eau était géniale avec une très grande douche à l'italienne Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est composé de gâteaux faits maison, de spécialités italiennes et de viennoiseries. Si vous devez séjourner à Sauze d'Oulx, pas d'hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu

Petit hôtel situé au centre avec des commerces à proximité ainsi qu'un parking. Pour info après 19h l'entrée se fait librement, il y a un boîtier pour récupérer la carte magnétique de la chambre qui permet également d'ouvrir la porte de l'hôtel. Les instructions étaient très claires par wattsapp. Chambre quadruple spacieuse, propre bien agencée avec des serviettes pour toute la famille. Le lit supplémentaire pour ma fille de 5 ans avait été rajouté sans supplément. Il y avait de l'eau minérale disponible dans le frigo, des articles de toilettes. Petit-déjeuner italien plutôt sucré mais on a trouvé notre bonheur. Personnel très attentif et disponible. Un espace à proximité du bar est disponible pour travailler. Dommage que le restaurant n'ouvrait qu'en juin. Très bon rapport qualité prix, à refaire!

Un albergo davvero accogliente, il personale è sempre disponibile, le camere pulite, spaziose e belle. La doccia spaziosa e confortevole. Wi-Fi, frigo, tutto! Solo un piccolo problema, non c'è l'aria condizionata. La colazione super completa molto ricca

Agréable hôtel situé au centre de la station, décoration moderne, propre, personnel attentif et professionnel , dommage le petit déjeuner est peu achalandé et avec des produits industriels Bon rapport qualité -prix.certaines chambres ont un jacuzzi sur la terrasse

Hotel scarso. Niente pulizie in camera (dimenticati), doccia con acqua tiepida, vasca idromassaggio chiusa (da aprire autonomamente), cancello del garage rotto, receptionist poco presente e ristorante caro. Che dire...non ci tornerò!

Le camere sono pulite ma la vera pecca di questo hotel é il rumore e la temperatura interna. In estate,a 1500 mt di altezza non é accettabile una temperatura in camera di minimo 26 gradi. La struttura non dispone di impianto di climatizzazione e questo nelle estati degli ultimi anni non ê accettabile. Acqua calda intermittente, frigo bar che non raffredda, rumori da grande città e altri problemi sopraggiunti in corso di vacanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo inconcepibile. Un plauso alla pulizia e alla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Se volete passare una vacanza d estate al fresco in montagna lo sconsiglio vivamente

Hotel in centro paese, molto comoda la posizione. Personale gentile e disponibile, hotel pulitissimo, stanza pulitissima. Se volete un po’ di relax consiglio la camera con la vasca idromassaggio esterna che era favolosa. Colazione molto buona e vasta scelta nel buffet.

Fabulous Hotel..absolutely loved everything about this Hotel. Location is stunning. Staff are a great asset to this Hotel nothing is a bother…having a good laugh trying to communicate with each other. Cleanliness was excellent..Rooms are amazing and the views are stunning. Sauna and Jacuzzi was so good…..little extras in the Sauna room makes it special. Maggie our Receptionist is one smart Woman she goes out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. Always a smile on her face and so happy and confident in her job. My Brothers case went missing from the Airport and she went out of her way phoning every day trying to get it delivered to our Hotel. (It took 5 days before it was delivered). She also made sure that the Football on the Tv was all set up for our Scotland match. Such a lovely person. This Hotel is a 5* in my eyes. What a wonderful week we all had.

Outstanding hotel - very much helped by booking the luxury suite with its own sauna and outside hot tub on its own private terrace. Breakfast not great but not an issue for us. Location very central to everything in the town although a bit of a trek to the ski lift at Clotes. Very modern hotel with a clean, fresh style and great relaxed atmosphere

Fantastic hotel, very modern and clean with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Plus a decent restaurant (and great coffees at breakfast) and spa in a very central location and 5 mins walk to the chair lift. Very glad we stayed here and would stay again.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff, great location and excellent on site restaurant. Would highly recommend. A special mention for Annette and Giuseppe who went the extra mile at every opportunity to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded expectations.

We stayed in a family room, a couple of parents, a 19-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, for a ski vacation. The hotel is located in the center of the town of All Close The hotel is very modern and includes a rich breakfast and amazing coffee, there is a storage room for ski equipment, parking, a sauna and a jacuzzi It is worth noting the service we received from Giuseppe Annette who took care of everything we wanted

Beautiful well run hotel in the centre of town with a free shuttle bus to the the ski lift. Our apartment was big with a lovely modern comfortable finish. The breakfast selection was perfect for what we needed and the service matched it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year.

over the years we stayed at many different hotels but here we will definitely come back. spatious rooms and relaxed atmosphere. restaurants and shops are at walking distance but most important the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. we put our luggage in a vacuum bag and the lady at the reception brought a vacuum cleaner from her house when the one from the hotel was broken.
