Clean but loud at night! It’s kind of like a motel. My parents didn’t sleep well

It was a really nice hotel. I love the location, everything js accesible by walking. Breakfast was good. Overall all was great!

STRICT NO FOR FAMILIES RED FLAG 1 : it is located near lots of pubs where vaping is so common. Be ready to sleep in with smoke smell through out the night RED FLAG 2 : it is very old and unmaintained for years. Be ready for broken doors, listening to your Neighbours conversations. RED FLAG 3 : don’t get a room on the rear side of the hotel. There is an adjacent pub and you would be listening to loud music till 3 AM, according to the people in the reception. I had to fight to change my room at mid night RED FLAG 4: very unhygienically maintained breezeways. RED FLAG 5: they charge 30 dollars extra id you want to park in the hotel parking RED FLAG 6: they have a congested breakfast place where people wait for turns to eat if you go at peak times.

Terrible place, I’ve stayed at best Western before and this is the worst one ever my husband called it a crack house. Our room was so noisy from our neighbor that we actually left at 4 o’clock this morning because Nick, neither of us could sleep we had to address this issue the day before from our first night with the front desk staff, and although they said they would look into it nothing was done, upon our arrival we found out that there was a $30 night charge for parking unless we parked on the street which in my opinion for an area that we don’t know is just trouble! After we checked in I noticed there were multiple hotels around us that offered parking free and would’ve been a better suit. I will never ever stay at another best Western again because of this experience. Oh, in the breakfast , most of it was cold tasteless the powdered eggs weren’t even flavorful. Thank you for

Check in staff was very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was sub par. This morning there were 2 apples available. The cereal area was full Of crumbs, eggs were brought out after a long wait and I believe they were only egg whites.😳 they were white and flavorless.

Property very well located to the river walk area. Bed comfort was so-so. The reason for my rating is because the rooms, at night, are extremely noisy. The walls between the rooms are thin. What is worse though is the outside noise - very loud sounds from the traffic and from people. The hotel provides a white noise machine which is just as bad as listening to the outside noise.

When my niece checked in her room was not clean and had an odor to it. She took it upon herself to go by Lysol and wipes to wipe everything down. She brought it to their attention and they did nothing. At 9:30 at night she went to the office and had someone check her room out and they finally moved her into another room. She had a baby that had to be woken up and had to haul all her stuff. The guy was not compassionate at all. I feel I should have been compensated for the room for the night for all her inconvenience. And your 30.00 a night fee to park is totally insane when most others charge like 7.00. Been very disappointed with your hotel this trip

At the 4pm checkin time our room was unavailable as it was yet to be cleaned. According to the front desk 3 people didn't show up for work that day. We came back around 5:40pm and were told it was just about ready. We got our key and requested a late check out of noon due to the late check in. We went to breakfast the next morning. Returned to our room at 11am and we were locked out. Went to the front desk where we waited for over 10 minutes before someone finally came to the desk. In both interactions with the front desk there was a "concierge" siting at a desk scrolling through instagram, helping no one. It would be nice to have the team cross trained to help during busy times. I'm not sure why Best Western needs a concierge anyway??? The room was very nice and clean and interactions with the staff were very friendly.
