This is the worst hotel experience in my life. With a prepaid room and a call from the road to confirm our later arrival time, The Marriott told us they didn’t have a room for us. Sent us to another company’s hotel, which was much more professional, but we’re told we had to go back to Marriott the next day. I had to pay for the alternate hotel and wait for reimbursement which still hasn’t been returned. Arrived and they didn’t have a room ready for us for 40 minute wait despite being told on the phone 1 hour previously. Our door didn’t lock. Mel is the valet and the only employee that cared and was helpful. I will never spend another Penny with any Marriott or partner. Never!
