We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

high price..,too bad

As expected Hilton Gardens. Clean, refreshed/ modern room. Staff, valet and bartender((Max) all super friendly and engaging. Typical Hilton breakfast but not included (recent change) in stay. À la carte Prices for lowgade breakfast unreasonable. Go to Rhett’s for a quality breakfast.

Cleanliness was fair, room only cleaned every other day, and the breakfast was way over priced and poor quality. Road noise in our room was awful and it was somewhat small for a King room. Gym was inadequate and small. Location was good but getting to our car for trips was a cluster. Not sure I would come back.

Hot tub was out and with no plan to fix it, and while there was coffee & tea, there was no fresh ice water in the lobby.

Hotel location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. However, our room was on 2nd floor, next to public parking lot, very noisy at night, we can hear music from City Market. Breakfast was just OK, the 1st day we did not get breakfast because the kitchen had to close early.

The property is very clean and well taken care of. Loved the ability to walk to a lot of places. Staff was super helpful.

The hotel was in great shape. Clean & welcoming. Staff were always very friendly. Only 2 issues we weren’t happy about : 1. Arrived prior to the 4 o’clock check-in by 2 hours & had to pay $25 to check-in even though the room was ready. 2. It is a Valet Only hotel which we were unaware prior to arrival & it was &48/day.

The hotel and our room were immaculate! The pool area was pretty dirty though and the hot tub is broken and dirty. The location is convenieht but be aware that it's on a main street and pretty noisy. I stayed in Room 419 and it was just street noise. Other people stayed on the 6th floor on the opposite side of the building and were very unhappy about the loud music all night. All in all, a great stay and if the hot tub were working and that area cared for I'd give it 5 stars. We honestly purposely chose this hotel because my son really enjoys having a hot tub so that was disappointing to us.
