A big disappointment for a Hilton hotel. Terrible location. Not well kept. Not clean and terribly service. Not good for Hilton reputation.

We requested a king bed. They gave us a king sofa bed that you could not sit on much less sleep on. Then they said there were no kings so we had to have a queen. The room had rusty furnishings and we had to get our own clean towels and toilet paper. Unacceptable

Pool was unusable / alarm awoke everyone at 2 am. Told us to exit. Staff never told us we could come back in. Extra for parking and breakfast.

We only stayed one night as a stop over driving down to Florida. It’s only a 15 min Uber into downtown. The room was comfortable and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The handicapped accessible room we had was well-equipped and clean. But the placement of the room all the way at the end of a long hall from the elevator was an ADA nightmare and left my recent-amputee husband and I wondering what able-bodied architect didn’t think it through.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, we had to wait 4 hours with many other people to get our room. They didn’t have enough staff to be able to clean the rooms on time and assign the rooms. The waiting in the lobby was a torture.

At check in was told that the $50 pet fee listed on hotel website was now $75. Room had broken shade, broken toilet seat, broken lamp. Dirty rugs. Rooms looked nothing like website photos. Stay away.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. They don't tell you when booking about a $8/night parking fee enforced at check in. They have a breakfast buffet however they don't tell you it's ＞$10 per plate charged to card on file. They mark the price on a small whiteboard in the corner. Hotel conditions were great but the additional charges they sneak in are ridiculous
