這家旅館擁有最友善的員工。我喜歡加大雙人床套房的房間和法式門。歡樂時光，還有葡萄酒樣品，真是太貼心了！我只想改變兩件事。由於您的酒店允許攜帶寵物入住，因此請將攜帶寵物的客人安置在一樓，這樣他們可以更好地進入戶外。用餐區或提供食物的地方不允許攜帶寵物。這個位置非常適合前往餐廳和購物。

The location was great and the hotel staff was very friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with my stay because my room flooded when I tried to use the tub. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the soaking tub, as I’ve been training for a marathon and needed it to help ease my muscles. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it, which made my experience quite frustrating. The staff handled the situation kindly, but I expected better maintenance and at least offered a different room.

I didn’t care for my room, which was a well appointed accessibility room. The windows faced rooftop patio opened to all guests, so there was no privacy for most of the day as it was actively used. Room also had very complex electronic controls for the blinds, which I could not figure out. I would’ve preferred a regular room with a normal view and normal window treatments, but that was not available. Valet parking was challenging, despite the best efforts of the cheery staff. Similarly, front desk staff was cherry, but I had to wait in line every time I visited it there was only ever a single person working there.

Lots of construction outside. We were on the 2nd floor and you could hear the party outside at night till the AM hours and in the morning the construction. I would suggest to ask to stay above the 4th floor.

The rooms fell like a home away from home. Great location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Love the gym, especially the working Peloton bikes.
