The location is great! Steps away from the Plant Riverside District and good/bad - the restaurants/bars. One could hear the music pounding into the night. The hotel was also located within walking distance of the City Market and many of the city squares/parks. A hot breakfast was available with the stay. Unfortunately, the hot food was not always readily available (empty trays) and not hot as well. The breakfast tables were not bussed so one had to wipe and clean it down oneself if you wanted a clean table. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows/linens were comfortable. The hygiene items (shampoo/conditioner/bath gel, soap, & lotion) were in pump bottles so there was plenty to use during our entire stay without having to ask housekeeping/front desk for more supplies. The front desk staff who registered us was very nice and housekeeping was pleasant in their greetings. The breakfast crew staff ... not as friendly or helpful/customer oriented.
