Pros: mejor precio de la zona, sàbanas y baño limpio, buena ubicaciôn (a solo 15 min del centro), silencioso, microondas, internet. Contras: no es muy buena opciôn si se busca una estadîa placentera o pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel. Huele algo mal el tapete, nos saludô una cucaracha, y en general le falta limpieza a la colcha, el espaldar de la cama, las superficies, etc. Se limpia lo bàsico, pero no se limpia bien la habitaciôn y por eso huele mal, un poco a cigarrillo, a pesar de que està prohibido fumar. Afuera a veces huele a comida que se cocina en alguna de las habitaciones.

This is the most unhinged place I’ve ever been, and I grew up in the hood. Ruined our girls trip, a roach crawled in my sisters mouth while she was asleep and now she’s on a ventilator. This hotel catfished us, there was doodoo in the shower when we got there, lights didn’t work, whole place smells like budussay. I will forever have nightmares from this place.

The outside reeked of urine as well as the room. Trash outside and room poorly cleaned inside. Sewer stench in the room roaches in fridge and crawling around. Mildew smell old bedding dirty fixtures dirty curtains.

Staff forced they’re way into my room after I told them I didn’t need my room cleaned and just needed fresh towels. My daughter had just gotten out of the shower and was not fully dressed. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They also act as if they don’t understand English

Before paying you need to check out the room because after staying in the room for 5 minutes, I was told no refund! The room stunk of ****. It was permeating from the mattress. The bathroom door was dirty. The keycard unlocked the room then you didn’t need the keycard anymore! The door would freely open.

Do not stay here the room is horrible the bed is not comfortable the bathtub was peeling it looked like someone painted over it in a paint is peeling out. Management the staff very rude very nasty I felt unsafe very uncomfortable she refused to check me out at the 5 minutes of me being there I didn't even have a chance to use the room. I also called *********** back she got into it with those people she's a very very nasty lady and she's an Indian lady her family lives at the property and stay at the hotel it's very unsafe feeling is people standing outside smoking and coming and going. I left the property I did not stay there I went to another hotel and she still charged my card $69 you might want to say $70. Which I am disputing and going through right now they are thieves they are not good people do not use this hotel would not ever recommend. I have actually been successful with four people I know who were thinking about going there I have deterred them from going based upon my experience. And I'm going to keep telling people do not do it.

Rude, nasty!! They refused to give clean sheets and the mattress was blood stained. The ac worked half the time and the tv was also crappy. The phone didn’t work in one room. They wouldn’t let my two rooms be sided by side

This is an old rundown place, very unclean, not a good location, seems like it’s run by an overworked family. It is very over-priced for what you get, it may be worth a $20 a night stay, if that. The rooms are unclean, no antibacterial soap is provided, & the location is not great in proximity to downtown/historic of Savannah. Not worth it ! even if you are trying to save money. I booked it through priceline for $70/night, and feel horribly ripped off.

Cockroaches live & dead were in the room and bathroom & front desk staff would not let me change rooms. Next door guests smoked ********* outside my room & the stench came in my room. Staff said it's legal

My overall stay was quick some things could have been adjusted. The smell of the room was most bothersome . We did get a speedy reply from customer service with the TV glitching issue, however room smelled

This is an older motel. It looked like it had some minor updates. The room was clean. There is a fridge , microwave, ironing board, iron , tv , etc in the room. The beds were two full size. The mattresses were a little soft. The staff was friendly and prompt when we found we only had three towels for four people. It’s not the ritz but it is not the by the hour kind of place either. It is a dated older budget hotel. It wouldn’t be my first choice but, in a pinch or on a limited budget I’d stay here.

We found cockroaches in the room and cigarette burns on the bedsheets. Spoke with front desk who advised a refund would be given and we immediately checked out. No refund given to date. If you are in this situation ensure they process it then and there.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Refused to properly check my guest and I out and give documentation. Even took a previous receipt from me and threw it in the trash. Extremely argumentative and unprofessional towards solving the issues.
