A lovely stay at The McMillan. We arrived early, before check-in, and Sarah took care of our luggage and gave us a tour of the house. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay, with Josh the chef / co-owner sharing one of the breakfast recipes with a fellow guest. Sadly, as we were visiting from the UK, we are unlikely to be able to return to the McMillan, but if we did we would be staying right there again.

We stayed 2 nights in Savannah on our way to Florida, and I am so glad we found the McMillan Inn! I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and wasn't sure what to expect, but my husband and I fell in love with this place. Our room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, there was always cookies, tea cakes, etc. for snacks in the kitchen and the peach tea was wonderful. It was decorated so beautifully that I felt like I had stepped back in time. The owners were very helpful in helping us book a trolley for the day. I couldn't recommend this place enough! We heard no street noise, or noise from any of the other guests, it was a wonderful stay and would stay here again with no hesitation.

The McMillen Inn is a hidden gem in Savannah and makes you feel like royalty! The rooms are beautiful and it’s like experiencing life in a southern home. The little pool area is wonderful and private. We enjoyed our stay so much and breakfast was wonderful and we loved our stay!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this lovely inn. We chose the Lincoln room this time. It was an exceptional choice. Loved the claw footed bathtub. The breakfasts each morning are to die for and Melissa does a wonderful presentation on what we’ll be eating. There are treats and refreshments 24/7. Anna even made my husband gluten free brownies, which were delicious. The bed is so comfortable I could have stayed there all day. Everyone is so friendly and cordial. We hope to be back again to try a different room and be pampered all over again.

Charming B&B, clean room, and friendly staff. We especially loved the breakfast, which introduced us to new flavors! The Gaston room and jacuzzi were nice, the air conditioning was efficient, and the bed was good, though the mattress often pulled us towards the middle.

Amazing place to stay! The hosts were very helpful and kept the Inn very clean. This is a place I would never hesitate staying at again. The location is great and we loved being in walking distance from lots of places. We loved our bottom floor room (Telfair) and liked that it had it's own entrance from outside. The breakfast was sooo good and that adds a lot of value. We used a local tour company that they suggested and even let us charge it to our room and we were even picked up from the Inn and brought to the visitor center where the tour trolly then took on the tour.

Second stay was as great as the first. This time we stayed in the carriage house and really enjoyed its spaciousness and privacy. The little studio has everything you could want or need. The large jacuzzi tub was nice to use after spending our days walking around Savannah. The location is great and you can walk or Uber to every area that you’ll want to visit. Street parking can get a little hairy but they have a lot that’s a short walk away. The breakfasts were hot and filling and tasty. Eric and Missy are very gracious hosts. We will back hopefully yearly. I really enjoy walking the neighborhood and looking at all the homes.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! My husband took me for a birthday surprise and it was like a dream! The owners (Eric and Melissa) were so friendly and generous~ their hospitality and accommodation made our stay even better! The breakfast was delicious, the peach tea was a delight, the snacks and treats made available all day long were wonderful, and the access to comfy nooks was perfect! My husband and I sat out on the porch, in the courtyard, and in the sitting room each day to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Our room (Calhoun Square) was regal and impressive too! The spa tub, giant bed, and luxurious bathroom made me feel like a queen! I would 10/10 recommend this place and we will 100% be back next time we come to Savannah!

Our stay at the McMillan Inn was very enjoyable indeed! The accomodations were great, very spacious, room was clean, fabulous Jacuzzi bathtubs, bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfasts that were served were delicious, and the plate presentations were superb!! Melissa & Eric Calhoun the proprietors are warm and caring people, they really care about their guests! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to the impending Hurricane Helene. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying at the McMillan Inn while in Savannah, GA

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! Beautiful, beautiful rooms! Comfy beds! And the breakfast the next morning was absolutely fantastic! Let alone the staff never met so many people to make you feel right at home! I will stay there anytime that I’m close to Savannah!

The inn is beautiful and the owners and their staff could not be nicer. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were over the top. I’m looking forward to their cookbook. We stayed here for a 50th anniversary getaway and would love to return.

We stayed at the McMillian Inn for 3 nights, and we can't rave enough about our accomodations, breakfast, and Melissa & Eric the proprietors. They are caring, people and are eager to please!! Great location, we highly recommend this place.

McMillan inn is first class in every category. Breakfast was exceptional Our room was excellent Southern charm at its best The staff helped us navigate to all the places of interest in Savannah Their knowledge of Savannah was so helpful We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the McMillan Inn! Eric and Melissa were so very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic! Our bed was very comfortable. The home is lovely! And it was fun to meet people from literally all over the world. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit in Savannah. I highly recommend staying at the McMillan Inn!

The McMillian checked all of our boxes for staying in a great, quiet location in the Historic District of Savannah. We we quite pleased with our Lafayette Room selection as well. Street level for us is a must. Our friends chose another, higher floor. The hosts were amazing, friendly, caring and extremely helpful to our time visiting as we had no firm plans. All of those suggestions panned our. Unlike other places we have stayed, when we found little issues in our room and shared the concern they were grateful and appreciative of knowing. Issues were immediately addressed. Our breakfasts were reason alone to stay. My husband has no limitations and was able to enjoy the entirety of the daily served choices. I'm lactose intolerant and I received an altered but equally delicious daily breakfast. We will find a way to return.
