Great room and excellent staff service.

We recently visited our son and his family in Scarborough, ME. Our stay at the Residence Inn was excellent. The staff at the front desk, the breakfast area, and the room service was outstanding. We would specifically note the service from David, and both Tims at the front desk, both prior to our stay, when we needed to adjust our reservations (repeatedly due to health and weather and issues) and when we actually stayed at the motel. In short our stay couldn't have been any better even if they tried to make it better. Give this place a 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to other friends and family members. Thank you!!!

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist! The room was comfortable and we appreciated having a kitchen so we did not have to always eat out but there were also options for shopping for dining and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very well kept. It was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I could've stayed in it forever. I didn't use the kitchen but I do like that my room had one.

House keeping was very rude! They tried to take a bucket of my belongings and claim they thought it was trash when the clearly knew otherwise! I deactivated my key and hit attitude etc

We liked how close we were to shopping, food and Old Orchard Beach! However the room could have been a lot cleaner. The walls seemed thin and we heard a lot of stomping in our first room. The staff was wonderful cant say enough about them. we did have to move 3 times due to issues with the rooms.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was extremely nice and helpful — they even printed a document for me and remained patient and professional, even while dealing with some technical difficulties. The suite was well-equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge, which made cooking and cleaning super convenient. Being right across the street from a grocery store was also a major plus! However, I was disappointed that the pool was not heated, even though I was told it would be — that was a letdown. Still, the convenience and great service made up for it.

Great clean place for a nice trip. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and to venture in and around Portland. We had a great time. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was the only issue as there were limited options. It would have been great if there was water and fruit available. Other than that, it was great.

The room was spotless. The staff went above and beyond I would like for the housekeeping staff to be a little more sociable. But overall great place
