卡爾頓旅館(Carlton House Scarborough)

Little gem of a hotel to just use as a base when out and about, no frills and clean. Dog friendly and easy to park just outside on the road. Our room was clean and tidy, dated but that was not an issue for us have a weekend away with the dog. Bonus it had a fridge to keep our wine cold and a bath! Room had everything you need including towels, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel location is good. Self check-in was very well explained and easy to do.

We stayed in room 7, which was spacious and lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable and facilities just as described. Would definitely return and highly recommend - Unfortunately it's already fully booked for our dates next October so don't delay your booking lol 😀

We had booked in nearly a year in advance and the hotel suddenly cancelled our bookings for Easter 2024. After doing some digging on the internet I discovered they were doing monthly short term lets of the rooms.

The hotel is ideally situated near to the spa. Parking wasn’t a problem and the hotel sorted us out with permits needed at a small extra cost. The staff are great, really friendly and were always there to make sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in room 18 and we couldn’t fault it. Spacious, clean, the bathroom was clean and modern, the room has a fridge in so you can keep milk etc in your room . There were loads of teabags which is a big plus for myself and it was Yorkshire tea so they didn’t scrimp on them. The room is well thought out with enough sockets in there and situated where you want them. We had a room at the back of our bed where you could hang your clothes and the missus even had a dresser to get ready with a mirror etc. We had a hearty breakfast in the morning plus there are cereal’s and yoghurt’s if you want them. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would love to stay again.

Wow what a beautiful place, the food and staff are amazing, over the last few weeks we’ve been on a bit of a road trip and this has to be the best , for location and value, the breakfast was outstanding, very scenic and fantastic if you like walking the dog, who got sausage at breakfast,10/10 thank you dave, Tracy and Bailey the beagle

Excellent hotel 10mins from the train station.lots of good bars and restaurants.highly recommend.wpukd stay again ,caught the bus to Whitby about an hour away .

Two night stay at this lovely gem of a hotel, with our dog. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, fridge in room is an added bonus. Comfortable bed, lovely quiet location, first time staying here, will definitely be returning
