赫維灣華美達安可酒店(Ramada Encore by Wyndham Whale Cove Hervey Bay)

A notre arrivée nous n'avons pas trouvé les clefs dans la boîte à la réception. Nous avons appelé et une personne est venu nous donner les clefs car elle avait oublié de les préparer. Nous sommes ensuite parti au logement. beau logement,bien équipé mais le ménage n'était pas fait,les draps des anciens locataires par terre. La personne à la réception était déjà parti.nois avons rappelé. apres 20 minutes d'attente on nous a dit d'aller dans un autre hôtel Ramada de la ville car il ne pouvait pas faire le ménage ou nous loger dans une autre chambre.

We stayed in apar**ent 65, it was gorgeous! So well kept and it had a partial pool view. Be warned if you are arriving by Uber or Taxi that you need to check in at the main reception at the Ramada hotel side. Full thanks to the staff there who were so helpful and tried their best to assist when our K'gari trip was cancelled. The WiFi situation in the Whale Cove apar**ents is a bit annoying. Each unit has their own WiFi but there isn't any general WiFi around the complex or pool area. The location here is good though, not far from Urangan marina and there's a Woolworths not far away.

Place was nice. But the apar**ent upstairs was being renovated and was noisy both days we stayed

Stayed here for seven days and had the best time Ease of check in and check out Pool and spa where amazing, pool was a little cold but once in was okay would like to be there on hotter days so will definitely be back Only down side was that we were on third floor with stairs and I do not do stairs very well due to bad knees so when we go back will see if we can get lower level

The unit was nice and spacious. However, the noise from above unit was not ideal and when you sleep in a different bed, you expect it to be comfortable (as this is the most important thing). The bed was absolutely horrible. Both my husband and I had sore backs from the experience. Shame, because the unit was a great size and the pool area was great too,

Comfortable and modern, close to Hervey Bay esplanade and the ocean.

We had a one-bedroom unit that was very spacious and had everything you could want or need for a relaxing time away.

Not able to check in at site was troublesome. Also I expected more air conditioning units.
