「可怕的停留。噪音水平無法應付。 完全意識到這是新年前夕,但當酒店酒吧下午3點在外面爆破音樂時,顯然沒有考慮直接上方的房間。接待的唯一反應是聳聳肩。深夜狂歡者是一回事,但這個機構需要決定他們實際上是酒店還是迪斯科技術。 我們提前一天離開了。」

「Magnifique hôtel ! Une atmosphère zen et plusieurs  piscines incroyables et certaines réservées aux adultes c’est parfait pour le calme. Les jardins avec les bassins à poissons et les cascades sont tellement dépaysants, on se croirait à Bali ! Le personnel est aimable et souriant. Buffet au petit déjeuner varié et savoureux. Salle de sport avec un équipement de qualité mais un peu petite.  Points négatifs : les tarifs prohibitifs. 13€60 pour un smoothie et les banquettes deux places autour des piscines sont payantes : 200€ la journée ! J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels  où c’était gratuit.  135€ le massage au SPA. 35€ l’assiette de makis. 30€ l’heure supplémentaire si vous voulez un late check out. L’ambiance est certes asiatique mais pas les prix !  J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !」

Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.」

「It's rather a 3-star hotel. Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor. Clean, but dated rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel. A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.」

「酒店很漂亮。位置有點偏遠,不過還是可以得到的。因爲道,絕對是超級安靜。工作人員很友好。早餐是超級,大選的所有。也考慮過過敏症。很不幸的是,咖啡是自動化的,不太好。我們的房間(品)很大,很不幸的是,在房子的角落。牀上的景色就直接到鄰居的房間。另外,房間裏的免費水也很不錯 健身房很失望。酒店的類別和大小,期待品質和設備的選擇性更佳。游泳池景色是種植很美,一個小天堂。我們認爲,你應該更經常清理, 空的子站在周圍, 在周圍。 不過,酒店很漂亮,我們會再預訂的」

「Fui a pasar los cumpleaños con mi mejor amiga y nos encanto el hotel con unas vista geniales, la limpieza de 10, el personal muy amable, el bufé espectacular súper bien organizado, limpio y nos ofrecía de todo, la piscina me encanto, y una terraza maravillosa☺️ volveremos」

「El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada. Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia」

「Olvidaros de llamar al número de teléfono del hotel. Jamás lo cogen. El número de whatsapp no contestan. El hotel en cuestión deja muchísimo que desear, calidad-precio no merece la pena reservar aquí unas vacaciones. Personal del hotel, pésimo, educación 0, no dan buena imagen tampoco, cara al público, tratando pésimo a sus huéspedes, ni un hola o un adiós. Desayuno incluido, la primera mañana ni aparecíamos apuntados, se solucionó gracias a que nosotros mismos enseñamos la reserva del hotel hecha por internet, porque ni al propio trabajador le cogían el teléfono para solucionar, fatal la comunicación entre ellos mismo igual. Desayuno por cierto, súper cutre. No merece la pena para nada, sabor tampoco excelente. La limpieza de las habitaciones, se limitan a hacer las camas, el baño no se limpia al parecer, las mismas manchas en el bidé durante todas las vacaciones al igual que en el grifo. A la par que llevan un descontrol limpiando habitaciones terrible. La piscina cutre. Las vistas es lo único que merece la pena de todo el hotel. No repito y mucho menos recomiendo.」

「Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!」
