This hotel is very fancy. It's clean and modern. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedding was very comfortable, but there was only one lonely coffee cup - nothing in the bathroom for a glass of water for example. The room had a very small mini fridge, safe, and coffeemaker, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the ice/vending area. The lobby, which is open to the first 6 floors, was playing a subtle beat music nonstop, and this could be heard just inside the room as well. It felt like I couldn't get away from the hustle and bustle and just retreat into a quiet place, because opposite the noise from the hallway was constant highway noise coming from I-90! The hotel fitness room was top notch, and the pool was very clean and extra large - both excellent! I would stay here again because I was attending a convention that will likely be here next year as well, and it would be inconvenient to stay elsewhere and then have to drive to the convention each day, but otherwise would not choose this hotel.

在我們前往舒姆堡的幾週期間,我和家人住在這裏。酒店的位置很棒,隔壁房間是一個巨大的購物中心。工作人員非常友好,房間很乾淨。我們在這裏住得很開心,將來一定會再住一次,我推薦我所有的朋友和家人

商務出行挺不錯的，酒店位置很好，出門400米左右就有一個wholefoods，是一個大超市裡麪吃的水果都很豐富，我們還買了好多吃的，不遠處開車也就5分鐘左右有一個大商場叫woodfield mall，很大很不錯，裏面還有food court。早餐的話是華夫餅、土豆炒肉、雞蛋、蘋果、酸奶等，美式早餐吧，還不錯，房間也很乾凈，推薦好評

房間很大，兩張Queen size的雙人床睡很舒服，只是其中一幅牆壁上有些黑色霉漬。有免費早餐，雖然選擇不多。

我們來這家酒店是爲了位置方便,但是一家相當不錯的酒店。房間乾淨舒適,工作人員很友好。自助早餐不錯適合一家酒店自助早餐-炒雞蛋、麪包、土豆、肉、燕麥片、水果和酸奶兩種,還可以點幾個拉車項目,餐廳的女主人/女服務員Lynn超讚!她非常友好和包容,真正地向後彎曲,以獲得你需要的一切。

Hyatt Place is one of my Go To places for work. I frequently work in Hoffman Estates and I need a comfy place to land. The manager, Heather, is amazing, the front desk staff are friendly, and breakfast is solid and delicious. I also love the brand of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. If you have a problem there, which I did one week, Heather will go above and beyond to make it right. The building is old, so there are some things she can’t control. But she will.make it up to you. Love this place!
