Muy agusto en el hotel, Rico El desayuno y las camas muy cómodas los recepcionistas muy amables Lo malo fue que no teníamos ni shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón en la regadera, tuve q solicitarlo pero hasta el segundo día lo tuvimos. Tampoco nos asearon el cuarto aunque lo habíamos requerido una noche antes en recepción.

Está muy cerca de los outlets y del centro de San Antonio. Hay buenas opciones cerca para comer y también tiendas como Target y Walmart

We stayed here for a few reasons location was close to work, my 1 pound pup, and mostly the hot tub. I have a bad back, it is the only relief i get after work. It had trash and a few leafs and the water was yellow, they claimed.a broken pipe. It had been sitting at least 3 months. Of you do not have please do not advertise. This is the 3rd hotel in 4 motnths this has happened. We called the properly prior to booking and was told they had a operational hot tub. So par for the co**** these days. Btw the breakfast they served was gross. Biscuits were so hard they could not be split for butter no exaggeration. The mystery sausage smelled bad the clerk was embarrassed to serve it. . I expected a bit more from Marriott

Terrible customer service. No willing to help a customer to change the reservation. Keeping money without serving the customer. No supervisors available to speak or call me back. I will never use again *******/Hotels for my trips

The room was ok, but the bathroom shower was disappointing. The rod the shower curtain hung on was very broken which made the shower curtain pool to the middle making it impossible to shower with out getting water on the floor. Also our heat would just turn off and not heat for several hours.

From the minute we walked in and through out our stay, the staff was amazing. The hotel grounds were well kept and plenty of parking. Multiple places to eat foot steps from hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Great and friendly staff. Checkers in and out quick! Breakfast was nice and shower was amazing with great water pressure
