The guy who checked us in barely spoke to us at all…I had to tell him thank you twice before he responded with a “yeah”. Bathroom was not clean, rug wasn’t vacuumed and TV didn’t work.

There were many shortcomings. Room itself was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. There was a shampoo dispenser in the shower that was empty. As soon as breakfast time was over, we were run out of the breakfast area. The laundry room door was never closed and it was noisy. TV schedule was torn and damaged. Notepad was used. Microwave turntable didn’t fit properly. The breakfast was missing several items. Thirty minutes prior to the end of serving time, there were no eggs left, no syrup, very little waffle batter. Syrup was still empty on day 2. There were no paper towels in the public restroom. The chairs by the pool were so rusted out that one broke when someone sat in it. Overall for the price, this was less than what we expected. empty.

Very disappointed, way overrated hotel, rude staff and hotel was lacking attention and up keep! Headed down hill fast. Won’t stay there again.

Air conditioner filter has not been cleaned in a year. Yes, you need to do that. I was not aware of this being a smoking hotel. The smoke stench is disgusting. The waffle batter was spoiled and sour. I found this out when my breakfast waffle was as sour as a lemon. Otherwise this could be a good hotel.

The hotel and the too S were very clean and i felt very safe. The beds are so comfortable.
