來自住宿之回應: It’s never nice to hear a guest had a disappointing stay with us, but we appreciate you took the time to write. Car park entries can often be a little hard to navigate, perhaps our SMS instructions were not clear enough, sorry. Apologies that cleanliness was not to standard, I have spoken with Erin, the manager, who will ensure more thorough final checks are undertaken. Unfortunately some nights there are more freight trains than others, and being a small town with the main street following the train line we are all affected by the train noise. We are currently looking at putting in double or triple glazed glass on all windows and sliding doors in the apartments closer to the train line, and other noise mitigation measures. The shower head has now been replaced, apologies we missed this. We provide guests a litre of fresh milk for cereal instead of UHTs, we feel it would be wasteful to throw away milk that had not reached expiry. Thanks again
