Ótimo hotel, quartos e banheiros super amplos, cama confortável e limpeza impecável! Fica um pouco longe da praia tem que ir de carro mas vale a acomodação! O hotel tem restaurante e um bar no primeiro piso! Também tem um mercadinho para snacks!

I will never return here. I had numerous complaints. First of all there was. No room safe; the very nice wooden bed frame stuck out 6 inches at the corners from the mattress (an obstacle course) in which my wife bruided her shins,; finally the lighting was terrible, nonferrous over or bear desk and manager claimed the lights were on dimners. No!

So weird. We were put in a special disability room. Not that it was a bad room. Just weird. And no free breakfast. In fact no restaurant was open at all. Very weird. It’s not a cheap place to stay but I think I’ll try something else next time. The restaurant opens later than I like (that is if it did open, which it did not)

Stay there in July 2021 1. Honestly don’t remember much about the hotel. 2. Free parking 3. Clean and existent service. 4. The price was relatively reasonable, while hotels in general in Santa Cruz are surprisingly expensive, because Santa Cruz is overrated. Overall, really not much to say about this hotel.

This is a rather new facility. We booked the suite. You would think they would put suites on a floor away from other rooms. No. You would think they would have built this place with doors to rooms that are not so heavy that when anyone closes the door to their room it wakes up the entire floor. The bedding in a suite was cheap just roomy. Small refrigerator and microwave in the corner. Nothing to provide someone who purchased a suite. Not even any cups for water in the room. Staff was unprofessional and unskilled. There was noise in hallway until midnights and the way it is built the acoustics radiate all sounds. I won’t stay there again and definitely not quality service or facility.

As a Bonvoy member I reserved a room/suite for 2 nights for I meeting I had in Scotts Valley. Make no mistake that the low rating is spot on for this property. I had requested an early check in of 12:45. I completely understand that an early check in, even with Bonvoy status, is just a request. I showed up at 12:40 and the lobby was empty and parking lot was basically empty as well (see photo's). I stood there awhile and a guest came off of the elevator and stood there alone with me looking around for service too. Finally, the guest behind me said "I think we have to ring the bell" and he did ring the 1960's bell that was at the reception desk. A minute or two later a woman came from across the floor, not behind the reception counter office. Sara, (supposedly the general manager) told me immediately, "your room isn't ready" without even asking my name. I offered my i.d. and credit card and said that I would appreciate to be updated on the status of my room availability. I reserved a suite, so I assumed it wouldn't be difficult to give me an eta. She didn't pick up a phone to check or even pretend to look online. Instead she kept insisting that she'd have to contact the "housekeeping management" (as if it were The St. Regis or something) for an update. Sara ended up just walking back to whatever room she had come out from before "the bell rang" and left me and my tiny shelter dog in the deserted lobby without further explanation. I called Bonvoy to cancel and to make sure I wasn't charged for my reservation. Stay far away from this scary property people...

HR Training Needed The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, clean and has a great location (close enough to attractions, but far enough for some serenity). Common spaces and room are tasteful. Price point is agreeable. The check in staff was kind, helpful and accommodated our early check in as well offered local suggestions. I travel often on business and pleasure and have always enjoyed my stay at Sheratons around the world. We've had family banquets and have come to appreciate a high level of service at a Sheraton property. The Scotts Valley location fell far short because of one unprofessional, dismissive and rude staff member. All was well until it came to how the night staff handled noisy neighbors. It was 11pm on a Sat night. I heard a lot of chatter and boisterous laughs. It got LOUDER and woke up my kids. I called the front desk thinking it might be upstairs or next door. 10 min later a loud speaker comes on and the music is clearly audible and the bass vibates our shared wall. I hear several groups passing our 2 rooms in the hall and knocking on the door which opens and slams shut several times with "Where's the party?" Lots of noise, yelling and expletives. Again I call and this time I say it's next door. Hotel staff warns them they are being too loud. At 11:40 the party gets LOUDER still. I decide to go downstairs myself to voice my concern and discuss any resolutions. The man on duty says you just called and I just talked to them 2 min ago. It was well longer than that. He was very curt and dismissive. When I expressed myself, he asked tersely and under his breath," Do you want me to call them again? You know I can't make them do anything." I asked for a transfer and asked who I may contact to address the current issue and compensation. He shrugs, "We're booked." I said "Don't' you have an occupancy limit and do you enforce quiet hours?" He looked very bothered and irritable. He gave me his general manager's card and said he would be available Monday. He hardly let me get any words out. He exasperatedly said " We're not getting anywhere going back and forth. You just want someone to yell at so I'm gonna get em for you." He walks off towards the stairs. I feel afraid knowing there are a lot of people in the room next to mine and my children, likely intoxicated. I called the police department. By this time it was midnight. When he realized what I was doing he started jeering at me and interjecting. Calling me ridiculous. Saying how would I feel if he called my boss. I represent my place of work well as a professional and would have no issue with them seeing this review- so I said go ahead and he rolled his eyes. Then he yelled "So you're going to call them for me doing my job? Oh, and YOU'RE GONNA GET THE BOOT!" Wow. I never raised my voice and he was being not only unhelpful but disrespectful to me. While I was waiting for the police, he came down the stairs and nastily and tauntingly said the party's broken up now you can get

This property has a lot of potential, but that’s where it stops. Upon arrival there was no front desk agent you ring a bell anytime you need help, we requested in the reservation months ahead for extra pillows, extra towels, and a high floor. The room type that was booked was relayed to have a bath tub and there was not one in the room, so the extra cost spent to receive what was anticipated was not delivered. At the time of arrival we were never asked for proof of ID which is a huge security risk to guest. We were provided room keys to a room located on ground level, and not a higher level as requested in our reservation months ahead of time. We walked into a large and updated room to find no extra pillows for our three day stay and only one towel for two adults staying for three days. Staff seems under trained as we went to breakfast the following morning, sat down, and immediately had the one server girl look our direction and go, “are you f-ing kidding me.” We were not there when breakfast was about to end and did not step out of place in any way. The one good day, was the day that we weren’t at this hotel. I requested from front desk extra towels and the one time they were helpful as they had them at the front, but then our day of checkout we waited close to an hour to have two more towels delivered to the room. We were trying to get on the road early to return home, and between stopping at the front desk after our second breakfast, calling after 20 minutes of not having towels, and going back to the desk to request them and was offered a 3pm checkout which is the last thing we wanted, we received them minutes before checkout time due to housekeeping being grossly understaffed. At checkout we were asked how our stay was and I was honest with the front desk agent, who seemed like a supervisor, who then had the gm who happened to be near hear, and there was no effort to make things right in that moment. I called a few days later as things still did not sit right, and the go around has just resolved almost a month later. I was offered Bonvoy points, which to those who don’t have the opportunity travel isn’t impactful. Being in the industry I feel, as I voiced, the quickest fix could have been to comp the breakfasts which would not of effected the overhead, but instead after a month of poor resolution I would strongly recommend anyone to stay at a best western or any place other then here as you’ll receive a better experience. Management seems to want to acknowledge, but not quick to find a fair solution during the stay or after.

Great service, clean new rooms, free parking and a great fun atmosphere in the lobby. What more do you need? Fitness room is pretty bare bones, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. Would definitely return to this location, quaint area too.
