科茨代爾麥考密克斯度假村(The McCormick Scottsdale)

Rooms are beautiful and spacious but the policy of the length of stay that we were made unaware of when we booked here was a negative and made it so my boyfriend and I were unsure if we were to stay here again. Other than that the resort was beautiful

The location was awesome because most of the places you would want to visit are close by. The service at the McCormick weren’t up to par. I was disappointed because this is listed as a resort. To begin we rented the bike that they have available and the brakes didn’t work on either bike. The seat post wouldn’t hold either (I only weight about 155lbs) so that shouldn’t have been an issue. I’m a nutshell, it’s an accident waiting to happen. With the resort fees that they charge per day they should be able to at least tune up the brake pads and seat post. The beds are very outdated and old; my wife and I would wake up with our backs hurting and we are still very young; we are in our early 30s and late 20s, so the beds shouldn’t have caused this problem. House keeping never showed up, even when we would request them to clean our room. They said the pool was heated, but it was ice cold. Keep in mind I like the cold temperatures, but this was too cold. The best part about the McCormick would have to be the location. The views were nice, but not enough to make up for the issues we had.

Amazing restaurant downstairs and super friendly staff and clean and only a short drive to downtown

Ixia was extremely helpful at check-in. Terry and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make the dinner with out son and daughter-in-law the best

I have stayed at this property2-4 times a year for the past 9 years. It has degraded every stay. The last two times I stayed there the rooms and bathroom are very bad. Everything is old and the upkeep has been very terrible. Tub drains and toilet issues. Bed sheets dirty and the furniture old and broken. Twice in 2023 o had to change rooms due to maintance issues. While o love the location and the restaurant and bar. I can no longer recommend this hotel to friends and co workers. Extreme need is needed for a total renovation of the rooms. Please update and renovate rooms at least to the standard of 3 years ago.

This is actually a very nice hotel. The lobby, housekeeping, front desk, balcony, heated pool, adjacent lake are all fabulous. My mattresses were too soft, I like firm or very firm. The mountain view from my room was beautiful.

The staff was great and the property was good. Needs some updating but for the price is accommodating. The location is great. 15-30 drive from most things to do and see.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Grounds were well kept. Liked the patio with table for 2. Would have liked tea for those of us who do not drink coffee. It would be nice to have a water and microwave station on each floor.

Great setting. Great staff. Bathrooms need a little updating but are still very clean.
