Residence Inn Scranton

Great stay, comfortable bed, clean. Breakfast was okay. Would definitely stay again. The pool was closed, I’m unsure if it was under renovation while we were there, but overall great stay!

Bug bites on arms. Both of us. Waited 30 minutes with no one at desk for check in. Would have left but already paid on line.

Changed booking at the last minute into an inferior fairfield inn with much smaller rooms. Should have done a refund, even if partial.

The facility and staff overall were great. The pool was closed though and the location was chosen specifically because it had a pool. So that was a let down. Breakfast was great. Evening cookies and coffee/lemonade was a cute touch. We stayed in a full kitchen suite and it was perfect. However, our week stay with no housekeeping was a strain. Due to no fault of staff though. We understood that staff was super low. Perhsps in the future this will get worked out and this facility will be excellent!

The room is spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen. Bed is very comfortable but not the sofa bed in living. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - found a lot of dust on surfaces like desk, lamps and some stains on desk as well. Bathroom could have used more wiping

Toilet flush did not work!! Room smelled. Decided to leave after checking in and paid 270 dollars !!

There are angels that work at this hotel. Liss, Jessica and Mary were so helpful after a very stressful and rough day of travel. I was emotionally and physically drained and they all went above and beyond any expectations I had. It was the best night in a hotel that I had in a week of travel. Thank you and God bless you all.

Our door to our room was open and the tv was on when we walked in. You had to push door open with your shoulder and slam it really hard to close it. Went to use a glass for water and it had a crack in it. The sausage at breakfast was TERRIBLE! (Tasted like you were eating a rolled up piece of cardboard)!The only GOOD thing was the night time manager was nice and made our stay pleasant.
