Geographically speaking, this house was perfect for us, within walking distance to everything from beach to entertainment and convenience store. Close private parking to unite. Justin was a person very accessible to work with, and fair when it came to any issues

There is nothing worse than sitting on the toilet and finding one square of toilet paper in the whole house

Location was excellent! Price was great! Size of the rental was perfect for my group.Some areas were dusty, bathroom could use a paint touch up and a part of the sofa bed came through the sheets and almost cut my daughter while she was sleeping.

Check in process was super easy. We were central to major bars and restaurants. The parking was super helpful and we were a great distance from the beach. Like a 2 minute walk!! I don’t have many complaints. Only thing I could say was we happened to drop something under the bed and it was quite dirty with dust.

Great location for a weekend in SIC Justin's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Sea Isle City. The apartment was centrally located to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The bar across the street could get noisy on weekend nights, but that wasn't an issue for us luckily. Justin was also super accommodating and flexible when we asked for an early check-in. Would stay again!
