Had difficult time checking in.Their policies were NOT posted on the website when booking and Front desk was nice enough but not eager to be helpful. Took an hour to finally get into room at 10pm tired from traveling. Room was smelly and very old and dated. But was not expecting much from a beach motel either.

There was poop and bugs flying around. I told the manager of the hotel and showed him pictures. They had to come and see for themselves. They then offered me another room but didn’t offer me any discount or anything for the inconvenience. Very disappointing even after I said something I just got I am sorry and then felt like they were laughing at me speaking in a different language.

The room was filthy and definitely never gets cleaned and it’s sad, the blankets look like a dead body has rotted in them and the place has never been vacuumed or wiped down definitely a health hazard and the workers didn’t care when I told them that, sad world we live in

Nous nous attendions au pire après avoir vu les avis, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris. Nous avons eu droit à une belle chambre d'une propreté acceptable, sans pépin. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous étions très satisfaits.

Original room they gave us had beds that weren’t made yet and the room was filthy! Wine on bureau, and bathroom dirty. We requested another room and got one. The room was much cleaner. Glad we talked to them!

The only thing I did like was that it was close to why I went up there to begin with.
The room was not stocked with supplies and I had to keep going to the front office to get them. The people behind the counter never smiled once. It made me feel uncomfortable
