西雅圖市中心 MOXY 酒店(Moxy Seattle Downtown)

We checked in which was seamless. The rooms are tiny with no amenities or comfort. Our shower was spraying everywhere and the water wouldn’t get hot. We had to be moved into a different room where the heat did not work at all. We ended up leaving and having to get a refunded. I wouldn’t suggest suggest staying at this hotel. The lobby is great for hanging and that’s all this hotel has to offer.

Over all it was ok. Much smaller than expected. Not bad but definitely not good. Found a pack of cigarettes in the room. Also, remote for the tv didn’t work upon arrival. Had to walk down to get a different remote because housekeeping never showed up.. Also, didn’t realize we weren’t going to have a closet in our room. Again, not terrible, but won’t be staying here again..

It was our first time visiting the city and I am glad we chose MOXY: great location, in a nice area. The hotel lobby is welcoming ! The rooms are very nice and modern. The bathroom door was broken but that's easily fixable. The only thing disappointing was the customer service. I found the front desk clerks looking annoyed and it felt rushed. Thankfully, the rest made up for it. Don't hesitate to book if you want something with a nice vibe that is central. Would stay here again !

The property is a simple motel with a theme. The rooms are small and have limited amenities(no fridge). The finishes are cheap and coming apart throughout the property. My shower plumbing was splitting apart and sprayed water everywhere. The floors were poorly laid and had air bumbles everywhere which are constantly underfoot. The decor is cheesy and executed poorly. The lighting in the room is abysmal. The windows only have a blackout curtain, no daylight privacy curtain, so your either in darkness or staring into someone else’s room. The hotels system auto invalidated everyone’s key cards at 9am because it thought the property was on the east coast so I was temporarily locked out of my room until I went down to the desk. On day of checkout I came back after breakfast at 10:30 and the cleaners had *****ped the room and moved my things out despite checkout being at noon. Overall a poor experience in a mediocre hotel.

The rooms were not as advertised, way too small. Personnel were rude & confrontational. Very loud & not able to sleep on their hard mattress.

The check in at the bar, the lobby in general and the room. Very unique, beautiful and clean. Check in and service in general was horrible. The apparent manager looked like a homeless man and refused to help the single staff member answering phone, making reservations, handling check in and guest services.

這是一家不錯的獨特精品酒店。我們的水槽排水管壞了，但馬上有人來修。這與我們正在進行的活動很接近。沒有實際可用的停車位，但附近有很多停車位。會再次入住。
