The Staff was very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and nice. The Breakfast was good. Easy walk to and from the train station. Only downside is the area is quite dirty and run down and the homeless population is quite high. Not unlike Portland in that regard. Not the hotel's fault, I feel bad for them because the hotel and bar are beautiful.

New Years Eve and a game. In the middle of multiple events at major stadiums and all over downtown the Arctic Club was an island of calm and comfort. Bartenders/servers were prompt, friendly and on top of things. Desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff in general were genuinely interested in making sure everything was right. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing hotel with an incredible history! We had such a great time. Food, drink, ambiance and staff were perfect. I really appreciate a staff that knows exactly how to make you feel at home and exactly how to treat a patron. Thank you all for a lovely evening.

soon as we walked into the room we wanted to put our drinks that we brought from home in the mini fridge to make them cold only to find several cans and bottles busted open from the temp being set too low we called front desk they assured us we wouldnt we charged but after we got back home we found out they still charged us for it

Excellent hotel in a very historic part of Seattle. Sadly like every other North American city, the area is battling the opioid crisis and there are certain aspects of the geographic area that feel at times unsafe. Overall our experience was great. The hotel and staff are excellent. Felt like we had stepped back in time. Would stay there again.

Arctic club makes a great first impression with its old gentleman club appeal. It has a nice bar downstairs with ample seating. The rooms are a bit old, but it adds to the charm. My biggest complaint is the lack of air circulation in the room. They're stuffy because there are no fans in the bathroom and the windows don't open. There is air conditioning, but it isn't significant even at 65F. There is homelessness and drug usage around the hotel, but I never felt unsafe. There were plenty of people around that I feel would have stepped in to stop unwarranted behaviors from **********.

接客はフレンドリーかつ丁寧、歴史を節々に感じる建物だが小綺麗ではある。朝食付きがありがたい。 深夜でも周囲がうるさかったのは微妙。時差ぼけもあってなかなか眠れなかった。 ルームサービスは最終日までは呼ばないと入らないと言われたが、途中で勝手に来ていた。

Nice historic building, good free breakfast, very rude disrespectful night staff just 2 of them, rest of the staff was fantastic. Homeless camp directly across the street, very loud sirens going all night. Homeless people yelling and using nearby parking lot as bathroom, very disgusting.

Our overall experience was great! The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The valet and front desk staff were very professional, kind, approachable, helpful and friendly!!! The wait staff was not kind and seemed very frustrated, short and annoying to serve us.
